I have used Exotic Flowers for several years, and I recommend them highly. Rick Canale and his team have never disappointed me or the recipients of the flowers I have sent. From my perspective, the flowers they offer are a much better value than can be bought at other high-end florists in the Boston area. They are quite responsive to special requests (on flower inclusion/exclusion, delivery, etc.), and send an email confirming the delivery. You can order by phone or on their website. My only gripe is a minor one: they keep a record of your flower orders if you create an account, but you cant access the recipient and their address when ordering flowers again, so you have to re-enter the information. As I said, its a minor issue.

As far as I can tell, this is the best florist in Boston. While I see the negative reviews, I know that we have always have great service and beautiful arrangements when ordering by phone or website. Their designs are a level above all other flowers I have seen. I can always tell an Exotic Flowers arrangement because it is different than the others, more colorful flowers, and just so much better than others. I just ordered flowers for my mother today, and loved getting the delivery confirmation email. My mother was very happy with the flowers and enjoyed telling me all about them. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service ever! Sent the wrong bouquet which I was allergic to and then said we have the right to substitute so my boyfriend paid 90 dollars for green bush with dead flowers! So they said they would refund his money and pick up the flowers...I told them I was leaving at 3 and the driver calls at 340 and then had the balls to ask if he can go in my office with no one there and get the flowers! Worst place ever if you want to get flowers from there you might as well flush your money down the toilet!! Wish it had an option for no stars!

We had an important event at our Kigdom Hall this week. The flowers were exactly as we ordered them....and unbelievably beautiful!! They exceeded our expectations! Our congregation members cant stop talking about how beautiful the flower arrangements are (2 for podium, and 1 for table) and how wonderful the scent of these VERY FRESH flowers are! You could smell them as soon as you walked in! The lilies, the roses...everything was great! Thank you very, very much!

I received the rudest service I have ever experienced. The man literally acted as if I was an annoyance and was not interested in listening to my needs. In addition, he was rude and some what confrontational. I went up the street less than a mile away and received exactly what I was looking for without the attitude. I refuse to spend money where I am not respected.

My Sister gave me flowers on saturday from Exotic flowers on American Legion Higway. Absolutely beautiful. Looked like a bouquet for a wedding. I was so amazed at how beautiful their quality of roses are. Absolutely beautiful.
