Too typical Sales behavior: very personable; all the right warm touches of family pictures and stories, a religious sign on the desk, stories about his expertise in in rebuilding cars, etc. Great guys until theyve made the sale. I asked about a vibration in the car, and was assured it would be checked as the car would have a new-car warranty. We closed the deal on the assurance the vibration would be taken care of, and I gave them my specific concern about the cause. Asked Mr. Restoration Buff salesperson about it, and it was suddenly Aw shucks, I dont know nuthin about cars. : D I had to leave on a business trip, when a flurry of anxious texts came about their overlooking paperwork that required our signature. We did that for them, and reminded them about the vibration question. And not a word. Finally had my wife take the car to the parent dealership which took care of the problem- and it was even more serious than I guessed. The salesguy must have known about the likely broken tire belt and wheel - and did not want that cost on the sale. What can I say? Typical slick behavior that gives salesmen the bad rep. I knew their parent dealerships a good outfit from previous purchases, though. And it did take took good care of the problem. ----- but still no word from Mr. Slick, who BTW had given me a thick pile of his cards to hand out. Go figure.

I just called on a 2015 Ford Transit connect wagon stock # MT15-2225. MSRP $31,580 internet special of $25,999. You save $5581 I talked with Tim D asked if they accepted Fords A plan and he said yes and I asked if he could get me a price after A plan. He called back and quoted window sticker price of $31580, my A plan price of $28,607 and $2450 in rebates that all equaled out to a cost of $26,157.80......more than so called internet special price. Mind you this vehicle is 2 years old. I expressed my concern of cost being more and was told they would then honor $25,999. I said I was hoping for 25,999 to be the actual price and then the A plan pricing applied. I was told the Internet was wrong their website and the listing on carguru and that any price listed really meant after all possible rebates even military discounts, etc. no one could really get all the rebates. I went with for that price I would for sure order 2017 for same price and shortly after conversation ended their website was updated to a new internet special price of $26,158 sooo so much for honoring $25,999. I do have screenshots of both prices and my phone has dates, etc. it was really bad business and very misleading but they were very nice. I would not recommend dealing with them at all

Bought a 2008 f150 from Mt. Orab ford and after 3 1/2 months and less than 3500 miles the truck needs a new motor. Took it back to Mt. Orab and they would not even look at it! They sent it to another ford dealer. Was told that it needed a new motor, so I called Mt. Orab ford and was told that they would have a meeting and let me know what they where going to do. After 3 days I called and was told that they where not going to help, didnt even have the you know whats to call and tell me! And to top it all off, I was told by the general manager that he tells his family not to buy used vehicles. Can you believe that? If you want to get burned buy from Mt. Orab Ford! I will never buy ford again because of Mt. Orab Ford!!!!!!!!

I simply asked if they had a car in stock, now I receive nothing but canned emails. Never a response to my question, never any personal response at all. But you guessed it, every 10-15 days another "I see you were interested in the PLACE CAR HERE and we would like to talk about it", or " need financing, just fill out this form", and I love the last one "car shopping, tell us what your looking for". 7 emails, never a single response. I bought my car for a dealer in Cinci and couldnt have been happier. My. Orab Ford doesnt come close.

Sold my wife a 2008 Expedition with no working ac, a bad ac pump and conditioner ($1,500). The interior was filthy and never detailed before sale. Terrible customer service with sales. The sales rep failed to return four calls in a span of a week and a half. Would never purchase another vehicle from them.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere, unless you are okay with overpaying for used vehicles. The salesman I dealt with was rude and talked in circles. Do your homework and dont get ripped off by this shady establishment!
