I just received correspondence from Acura financial that Im being charged a $371 lease turn-in fee. While I was clearly negligent in thoroughly reading the contract and signed at the bottom, I am very disheartened by this. Ive been leasing vehicles every 2-3yrs for over 20 years (two of which were Acuras) and have never been charged a turn in fee. I can tell you with 100% certainty this fee was not specifically brought to my attention during the signing of the paperwork, because I would not have agreed to it. At the time I leased the Acura, there were some shady things going on. Days after I leased the car I was told the sales manager was let go and I all of a sudden was sent a refund check because more money was charged to me than what was supposed to be. Now in light of this turn in fee that was slipped in, I feel completely duped by your dealership and by Acura. For this I will never do business with your dealership again. I sent two different people at the dealership an email about this, giving someone an opportunity to make this right but no one was bothered to respond. Another thing, I turned in my Acura a month ago and your dealership keeps harassing me with emails and phone calls about making arrangements to turn in my vehicle. Clearly you guys need to get your act together.

We are thrilled with our experience at Ann Arbor Acura. Last week we purchased a 2013 Acura MDX with Tech Package and Entertainment. I originally contacted the sales manager, Bob Roosevelt, who along with salesman John Richert provided excellent customer service. This is our first luxury vehicle, and they went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was as terrific as the vehicle we purchased. The showroom is beautiful, the service waiting room is well stocked and spotless. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership. After a disappointing experience at our local dealership, the 45 minute drive to Ann Arbor is more than worth it. I will recommend this dealership to each and every person who asks where we got our beautiful Acura MDX. Thanks guys and keep us the good work!

As a man of few words, suffice it to say that this is my 2nd subsequent three year lease from Ann Arbor Acura. It also needs to be said that it is a 120 mile round trip from my home! Yes, I did go out and compare, and can say that none of the others had: 1.) the product and price that I wanted; 2.) their incomparable drive for customer satisfaction from initial introduction to follow up calls; and 3,) the professionalism demonstrated with their service department and the ease of handling the required scheduled maintenance programs. The first time that I walked into the showroom three years ago, I was immediately greeted by Bob Roosevelt, sales manager and welcomed to the dealership. Bob turned me over to John Reichert, my salesman. All of it low-key, and friendly.

I had a very pleasant experience this week buying a 2013 Acura RDX with Tech package from Ann Arbor Acura. John Richert, the sales person and his manager Bob were both very nice and accomodating from the time I entered the showroom until the final handover of the vehicle. Based on my research on the pricing at Acura dealers in Michigan, I am pretty confident I got the best bargain from Ann Arbor Acura. Also I am quite happy with the trade-in price I got for my 1999 Toyota Camry. I am glad I drove the extra 50 miles from my nearest Acura dealer to look for my new car. I recommend Ann Arbor Acura strongly for anyone looking for a Acura.

I recently purchased a 2014 RDX form Ann Arbor Acura. The overall experience was really good right from getting quotes, taking a test drive and completing finance and other registration processes. Becky and sales manager Bob were very accommodating from the onset of my inquiry. They answered all my questions when I asked and at no time I felt pressured. I really truly liked and recommended the service department at Ann Arbor Acura - until my air conditioner imploded a couple weeks ago. I now have to purchase a new car because of a known faulty part issue. While the part failing was not their fault, my frustration is that they could have prevented the issue, and that they didnt do enough to try to keep me as a customer. Its honestly tough to lose my car and the people I trusted to work on it.

We purchased out 2015 Acura MDX last week and are more than happy with the entire experience. Very much appreciated John Richerts friendly, knowledgeable sales approach. Specifically asked for him based on a good experience with the purchase of an RL several years ago. Sales Manager, Stuart Herrell, was very supportive. Also have been very satisfied with the performance of the Service Department. Overall, an outstanding dealership!

I am a busy professional that does not have time for games. I submitted pricing requests from 3 dealers and Ann Arbor Acura was the more competative offer. More importantly, they honored a mistake that I HADE MADE as well as delivered the vehicle to my office. I have been buying cars for 30 plus years and this was by far the easiest most honest transaction I have experienced. Hats off to the Manager Jay and the entire staff.

Been there for new Nissan. I didnt do much research before accepting the application for leasing car. Did research and went back in an hour and requested for change of amounts on lease. Instead of talking politely and the manager showed his temper. If I would have been a manager, I would politely would deny the application with proper explanation. Will never go to this dealer for any car and would not recommend to anyone.

I had left my Acura in there parking lot a few years back and it got broken into, the stereo was pulled out and they completely ruined the rest of the value of my car by prying open the door with a crowbar. Anyways, the management did not even apoligize. They also have disclaimers saying they werent responsible for theft on property. I was never compensated or made whole in anyway. I am very offended to this day.

Just awful. Own 2 Acuras. Lots of problems here. Last routine oil change, their car wash pulled loose rubber trim around the windshield. They refused to do anything about it. Sent my wife home home with a piece of rubber obstructing her drivers view. Worst service in my 30+ years experience throughout the midwest. Switching to Farmington Hills, theyll pick up your car in Ann Arbor.
