In 1991 I went in this dealership to order a car. I asked the salesman who first approached who I needed to talk to. He said let me talk to Don. I followed him to the office and stood outside next to the door. The salesman entered and informed the owner there was someone in the showroom that wanted to order a car. This guy started yelling, "You tell that SOB if he wants a car I have a lot full of them. He can buy one of those or he can go to hell!" Needless to say I was a little taken back, but I persevered. The salesman paled and stuck his head in the office to tell the owner that I was standing right outside the door. He then came to the door, a little embarrassed, but not much, and said, "I have one of those models due in Saturday, you can come look at it, but I am not ordering you a car." I told him I worked on Saturday and needed to be sure the car would be there when I got off work. He said he would be sure it was there. Saturday rolled around and these guys called me every ten minutes trying to get me out there to look at that damned car. I kept telling them I couldnt get off early and I would be there after work. 4:00 finally came and I drive over to see this car that I had heard of all day, and the foul mouthed owner saunters up and says, "What can I show you in a new car?" I told him I was there to look at the car he got in that day and he started repeating all the crap those guys told me all day long while I was trying to work. I told him I had heard enough and wanted to see it, drive it, and if it was what I wanted I would buy it. He replied, "Thats going to be a bit of a problem, my son had a party to go to and he took that car to impress some women." He went on to say that the car would be back Monday and that he could show it to me then. I informed him that I worked Mondays and it would be middle of the week before I could get back. He said he would probably sell it before then. I got mad and told him that was okay I was going to be in Knoxville that day anyway. He asked me what I was going to Knoxville for and I replied I was going to go down and buy a frigging car and I did.

Parts department has been great to work with. Repair not so good. Since my wifes car is a delivery vehicle, we make appointments for first thing in the morning on her day off. It is not an option to leave it overnight and this had been explained. The car has never been worked on before the end of the day (3 times) "first thing in the morning" notwithstanding. The final time we arrived to pick up the car at 1:00 incorrectly assuming that if it was to be worked on the first thing in the morning that it would be ready. We were told by the service manager that he would have it worked on as soon as someone got back from lunch. 2 1/2 hours later we returned and he told us he wasnt quite done with it. Since the car was still parked where I left it when I dropped it off Saturday after work I told him it would appear he hadnt even started working on it. I then asked him if I was mistaken. No apology and no embarrassment for getting caught in his lie. Owner didnt care either. The work they have done was good but when you cant rely on them to actually do the work I cant recommend them. More important, I dont like being lied to. If I cant trust the service department, there is no way I would deal with the sales department.

Went to get car and dealer was quite deceitful. Due to identity theft and checking account got hacked, the down payment didnt clear so from there on I was treated like I wasnt wanted at the dealership. The title stated the car had 48,000+ miles and it actually have 52,000+ miles on it, not today. I specifically asked about the tires and was told by the #1 salesman, that they were in great shape, he was right, they were in great shape, no tread but since round is a shape, they were in great shape.. I didnt mean for the check to not clear the bank, but these lies were told before the bank account got hacked. I was also told that they title would be mailed to my county for tags, not happening either. I also told dealer that I needed a handicapped plate for the car, not happening again. I got a Campbell county tag. PLEASE BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

The man in the service department is wonderful. He was very helpful. They couldnt fix my transmission. But he helped me find a place that could. He was a lifesaver.

I was in Corbin over Thanksgiving and needed some work done on my Jeep. They got me in and out much sooner than even they expected.
