The Service Writer, Don, overbooks mechanics. A one day AC repair took five days. This happened when the mechanic was taken off of my car several times to work on other cars. Because of this, steps were skipped when putting my car back together, simply because the mechanic forgot where he was last at when he finally got back to my car. When they disconnected the heater box, they let a gallon of coolant leak out, but did not replace it. This and two badly worn tires (one had a broken tire belt) were completely missed on their "multi-point inspection" that Don "performed". The checksheet only showed that he checked to make sure my horn worked, but the overall printout stated that my tires were fine and that all fluid levels were checked and verified. In addition, I found I had a few new rattles in the engine block and I was horrified to find out that some parts werent connected back together completely. I didnt find out about the problems until a few days later on my road trip, when my car overheated and I was pointed out how bald the tires were, noting that the cords were damaged on the tire with a broken belt. I had to get the tires replaced and had my coolant system pressure tested in order to see if there was a leak or not. The pressure test was successful and there was no leak. I went back and complained about the service and put my car in to get the coolant flushed and rebalanced. The service writer, Don, stated that if I had driven back to Ohio (2 hours from when we found the tire problem), he could have replaced the tires. He did not seem to understand why driving another two hours on a tire that had broken cords was not only a bad idea, but was extremely dangerous. Two days later, I find out that not only had they not completed the coolant flush, but Don denied having done a multi-point inspection the first time around. He stated on the phone that a 40-point inspection was done, which he stated didnt include tires. This is a boldfaced lie, as any inspection of a car includes tires, and even then, the printout of the inspection and the worksheet showed that tires were an option. I provided the paperwork for the multi-point inspection, pointed out his signature on the multi-point inspection sheet, and noted that he only actually checked the horn functionality, yet in the report stated that the tire wear was okay and that the fluid levels were fine. I asked him why there was a discrepancy between the two reports, and asked if he actually checked the tires and fluid levels, or if he just typed in the report that he had. He did not respond to the question, and simply asked what I wanted to do. He also stated that there was a hole in one of my hoses, which was why my system lost coolant over several days, but that it couldnt have happened during the repair work. This conflicted with the recent pressure test on the car. I asked if a pressure test had been preformed at Hidy, but he said that it had not, as he could "see the leak". Even with presented with the evidence, he would not admit his mistake and would not do anything to resolve the situation. The service manager was present, but didnt do anything. He spent his time sitting at his desk, avoiding looking at us. At that point, I decided to take my car with me and leave. Basically, dont go here for car repairs until the service writers stop overbooking their mechanics.

Took my truck in for a 7-10 day repair at Germain Collision Center in Beavercreek, OH. It took 30 Days. They told me it would be ready the next day and on 4 separate occasions I was told the parts came in wrong when I came in to pick it up. No Calls, No courtesy text. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I could have ordered the parts online for them myself and had them shipped to their shop by the next day. After 4 separate occasions this was a lie. After I finally picked it up I drove my truck and noticed a problem with the steering, which was like this when I dropped it off to get fixed. The Manager assured me it was fine just the road. The next day on my trip I had MAJOR problems and very concerned for my safety. Im getting this fixed by the place I was going to take it too in the first place. This is STATE FARMS recommended Service Center. The reason I went to Germain Collision Center is State Farm REFFERED them to me. Had I went to the original place I know I would be a lot happier and it would have been fixed right. I called State farm about this issue and they told me they gave them 10 days MAX to complete! State Farm followed up with me, told me they spoke to a manager and they were not willing to cover my rental expense for the remaining 10 days. State Farm cant do anything about this. I paid $500.00 for deductible, Plus extra 10 days on rental because it wasnt done within State Farm perimeters, Plus taking it another shop to get it fixed CORRECTLY. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! YOU HAVE A VERY SLIM CHANCE TO BE HAPPY! DO NOT TAKE STATE FARMS RECOMMENDATIONS. Look, all I was asking for is GOOD HONEST SERVICE, With INTEGRITY. Im not in charge of getting my vehicle completed within state farms timeline, You are! It took an extra 20 days!! My truck still isnt right so Im out a lot more money to get it fixed correctly & my extra rental coverage. I feel like my safety was in danger as well as other peoples by my truck not steering correctly, especially pulling a 10,000 Lb trailer. I also feel like I should be compensated for all rental coverage above State Farms $1200.00, I also feel like I should be compensated for the steering issue that was not fixed correctly. I would be happy to discuss this with someone that is a superviser above the manager(s) of the Germain Collision center Beavercreek Office!

Dont ever buy a car here and expect to get what you paid for or any decent service after the sale. I bought a brand new 2013 Fiesta. Purchased Strike Force protection package. They had the car for a day while they supposedly applied the treatment. I learned recently that they did NOT treat my upholstery, which I paid for, when I spilled liquid on the seat and it soaked right in and STAINED. So I will be going after them for fraud for this if they dont give me my money back. The very first time I took my car in for an oil change, they left the oil cap off and I ended up with oil all over the engine (which they didnt bother to clean off when they did a second oil change) and my new car smelled like burnt oil! When I had to take my car in for warranty speaker replacement (the speakers were wired incorrectly and had holes in them as a result) they didnt remove the door handle panel properly and broke a tab off, so now theres a gap. Then they apparently stripped out the screw that holds the handle on, wrapped it in electrical tape and slapped it back together. I discovered all this when I pulled my door shut 2 weeks later and the handle came off IN MY HAND! They were not the least bit concerned about taking care of the problem for me. I complained shortly after I got the car that it was shuddering during acceleration and I was concerned there was a problem with the transmission. I was told that that was "normal for an automatic" like Im stupid. Turns out it was a defect and there is now a recall on the 6-speed automatic transmissions. I took the car in for service, they told me theyd try reprogramming it first, and if that didnt fix the issue, theyd replace the clutch assembly. They called me the next day and said the reprogram fixed the issue. Guess what? It still shudders!! My boyfriend bought a Focus ST from them - had to take it back within the first month for body work because every body panel on the car was misaligned. Most recently I called them to find out how long the warranty recall work for the SYNC system and the wiring harness would take on the ST, as well as having them replace a faulty turn signal in the mirror for his car. After keeping me on hold for 10 minutes I was told she would have someone call me back. Never got a call back. Service is terrible, customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs!!
