I had bought a 2002 F-150 from Choice Auto Jackson MI in February of 2013. The owner of Choice Auto had shown me a paper of service done to the vehicle but then told my husband and I we could not have a copy due to his mechanic being the one who serviced the vehicle. He told us the vehicle was more than safe for our 17 month old son to ride in as well since we made that very clear it was important to us. About a month after purchasing the vehicle we ran into problems. We took the truck into a licensed mechanic who then stated they did a quick job just to get it running and we needed a new battery, starter. and solenoid because they never fixed the electrical problem (cut wires) on the vehicle. We paid $2800 for the truck and then $415 for the repairs and the truck was running again but little did we know we were driving a death trap. July 5th 2013 as we were driving 40mph our gas tank bands just broke off and sent our gas tank flying up into the rear end of the vehicle crushing brake lines, smashing into the rear end, and the gas tank was spewing gasoline with my 17 month old in the truck at the time. We quickly had it towed to a mechanic to look at the vehicle again and he stated that if we had not been slowing down to turn and continued on the highway we would have been blown to pieces because of the sparks (gas tank rubbing on the road and pouring gas everywhere). He stated Choice Auto sales were to blame because the TRUCK WAS RECALLED BACK IN 2005 for the gas tank bands rusting out and breaking and they could have fixed it for free thru Ford. He also stated that due to the truck being in an accident before we bought it and Choice Auto fixing the damages before buying it that they should have known about the gas tank bands. This place is a joke and the only thing I could get out of them was " you bought it as is." I WILL DO MY BEST TO LET PEOPLE KNOW that due to there negligence and wanting to hurry and sell MY TODDLER, HUSBAND, AND I could have lost our lives. Now I am left with no vehicle for two weeks while my truck is in the shop being repaired for free because Choice Auto never got the vehicle fixed before selling it and lied to my face about it being safe. DO NOT USE CHOICE AUTO AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE VEHICLE BEFORE BUYING IT!

If you want customer care this is the place to go! Thank you guys for getting me into my new 2004 Honda Accord, not only did you all show dedication to your work while I was there, but by continuing to work on what needed to be done while I was out getting the rest of the information and things you needed to where when I came back all I had to do was sign papers grab my keys and be on my way. You all stayed late knowing that I was on my way back, were concerned about my safety with the conditions of the road to the point you were ready to send someone out to look for me. When it comes to customer satisfaction I give you 5 stars. You guys saw someone in need helped with the situation and circumstances that were standing and went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Troy for your extra hard work from the beginning of the sale all the way through to the end, and for the rest of the staff with their conversation, interaction and concern You guys are amazing, by far the best service I have received when dealing with a car dealership, the entire staff was straight forward, friendly and courteous and willing to go out of their way to help. Thanks to each and every one of you again, I love the car and am extremely satisfied with the service in which you provided.

Okay so I loved this place up until recently never had a problem with they worked with me but on 12/04/16 they told me that my motor needed to be replaced and to bring it back in a week so I did as they asked so when my car sat there for two weeks and it hadnt been moved I went and got it so I wasnt struggling to get back and forth to work my car finally broke down on 12/29/16 and has been sitting there ever since they havent replaced my motor my car hasnt moved. So I called them on 1/18/17 and asked them what was going on and if I could have the warranty companies number because Im tried of the run around games so come to find out they didnt even file the claim until 1/6/17 I would never recommend them to anyone. My motor still hasnt been put in nor have they even done anything with my van so frustrated with this place I would never go back thru them

Im very unhappy and will never go back to them, and they never gave me a carfax on the car and it has a recall on it and they over charged me for my car and to come find out the car was in a accident. and when i did say i wanted a car fax the guys eyes got big and now im paying for something that isnt safe and im not happy at all. i was pushed in to this car yes i liked the car but the guy went right to do a credit app and didnt let me talk about the price of the car and i did a kelly blue book on it and it was only worth 1298$ and they charged me 5950$ so over all poor on everything . NEVER GO TO THEM !

I bought a vehicle from Choice Auto Sales about 5 years ago for $1750, im still driving it and i love it! Since used car prices have skyrocketed after Cash for Clunkers in July of 2009 its been terribly difficult to find a good reliable vehicle. The great thing about Choice Auto Sales is that they service there vehicles before they sell them, which to to me is a big bonus. Anything and everything the vehicle may need they take care of before someone purchases a car. This is quite the opposite of most Used Car dealerships. I am definitely going to purchase my next vehicle from Choice.

Ive purchased 9 vehicles from Choice Auto Sales over the past 8 years. The owners take a personal interest in every sale and their service department is top notch. While it may sound like an oxymoron, they are the most honest used car dealer I have ever dealt with. The service manager can be a bit of a curmudgeon from time to time, but I see that as part of the charm of the place. I highly recommend you check them out before buying your next car.

They were very nice to my husband an I an they made it right when his motor blew up with us only less then 24hrs they came an got it an put a new motor in at no cost. But somethings there not to sure about like check engine light an air bag light. But I dont recommend using portfolio protection they are not obeying our contract they are refusing to pay for labor which they have to at 45$ an HR an giving us a run around.
