Be very very aware of what you are buying, and remember you can always walk away. They have NO legal recourse and ebay ALWAYS sides with the bidder. These guys reposes vehicles(I found a GPS tracking device on my vehicle, I bought it on eBay) then sell it, NO RESERVE on eBay and charge the difference of what was owed vs what was recovered to the person they reposed the vehicle from. All legal and no issue there. My experience. They describe the vehicle in a manner to be ambiguous. They just describe the vehicles features or standard options. The photos are HD quality BUT they do NOT describe ANY issues with the vehicle, working or NON working features. Just list the features, hell yea it has power windows.... but the tires are BALD. Oh yea it has a CD player, but the signal lights dont work !!! The fee assessed for "detailing", please... Ray Charles could get the filth up better than they do. A "pre sale inspection": seriously, my vehicle had 4 different tire brands and 4 different sizes, ALL bald. There were serious safety issues with the vehicle I had to address when I got it home .... but it passed the "pre sale inspection. I know what your thinking, I could have walked away but I got the vehicle at a great price and the money spent to get it to the point I am happy with it was still not what I would have spent on a similar vehicle somewhere else. That and I am mechanically inclined and did all the labor myself. I am guess that alone saved me $1500.00 Oh and when you call or email and bring up these problems, you get the routine " the vehicle was inspected and cleaned" and "they cant be held responsible for what happens to the vehicle between the inspection and date of sale". Apparently tires go bald and lights go out and dirt appears and water pumps fail and struts go bad, and seatbelts stop working, while a vehicle sits for a month. Just saying...... Have the vehicle inspected... best $150.00 youll spend. You can shine a turd but itll never smell pretty.

This was my first time buying a car on eBay so after I won it I paniced and requested a cancel. This was on a Thursday 10:00 pm. Right away they called me and spoke and I realized it was a dealer so I assumed it was safe. We agreed over the phone that I will be still purchasing the vehicle. The ebay listing said the following "$500 deposit due within 24 hours... Balance due within 5 calender days. Please call within 24 hours to verify purchase and provide buyers information. Storage begins after 5 days at $25 per day. Non-paying bidders are turned over to a 3rd party collections agency and are subject to a minimum liquidated damages charge of $500 for the cost of advertising and re-listing." The next day I came from work around 8 pm and paid the $500 deposit. So I assumed everything was okay and started to drive from Florida to Georgia since I paid within 24 hours and we spoke on the phone the day before. Then a hour into my trip I get a text message that they canceled the sale because I didnt call back by end of business day which was not instructed in the listing. I started talking to them and they refused to sell me the car. They refunded my deposit but were not willing to sell the car even though I followed their own rules and was partically there. This company is in a business of ripping people off so since I got a good deal on eBay they decided to cancel it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

i would not recommend this place to anybody. i am not at all surprised by the negative review but am very surprised by the positive reviews. this "business" totally took advantage of me. Im in my first year of college and very new to the world. i figured i could trust them but oh was i wrong. i bought a 2003 Camry from them this past summer for the sticker price, $7900. then later i found out in excellent condition it was worth $5,100. this car had a dent in the bumper and the upholstery was a bit damaged. now 5 months later, all 4 of the CLIP ON HUBCAPS(which they tried to sell replacements to me for $70 a piece when they are worth maybe $15) have fallen off, the transmission is close to breaking, the CD player has NEVER worked, just the other night it stalled out in the middle of 400(a large highway close to them for any one out of state reading reviews), i also saw one of their cars on the side of 400 after i bought the car, and they also said theyd give me $2,800 for my truck but then in the final paper work gave me $2,500 for it. now i have to pay for my next semesters tuition and i went to try and sell it back to them for what was left on my loan from them just to clear some debt but they wouldnt even listen to me. they literally said "no" and that was it. so now Im up a creek with out a paddle and having to pay for a piece of crap car instead of furthering my education.

These guys are pretty good. Have bought multiple vehicles from them to date and will continue to do so. I have seen the bad reviews posted here, and with the use of a little common sense, understand that a used car dealership who has a much larger customer base of people trying to get a car that can not afford one or afford to maintain one, I am able to look past the upset people that wanted a $3,000 car that would last them 5yrs problem free with no maintenance and blame the dealership when that does not come true. My oldest vehicle purchased here is a 2003 model that had right at 100,000 miles when I bought it three years ago. I performed the 100,000 mile service, as prescribed by ford, just after my purchase and my wife has driven the vehicle problem free ever since. Moral of the story, understand what you are looking for, accept the risk of any used car purchase, and you will be able to find exactly what you are looking for and people that are willing to help make your purchase happen.
