Worst service ever they have little kids working there brought in a 58 inch Vizio brand new 4k SMART TV the guy didnt even know how to turn it on then offered me 150 also lied and said it was on eBay for 499 when eBay doesnt even have the model of my TV. So there for they are just out to rob people my husband called and tryed to tell the guy it wasnt even on eBay he said he didnt believe us that he believed his co worker usually we dont have problems like this but we noticed the owner/Manager wasnt there when we came in so they definitely abused thier authority. When the management is there we see a different atmosphere. Today was definitely not professional. Very surprised.

I know pawn shops are known to buy as low as possible and sell as high as possible but this place is a joke. The staff people were pushy, and uneducated about the merchandise and unwilling to answer questions. Also they gave me the lowest offer of any pawn shops (7) I visited with my items. Better business practices are a must STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Place lost all respect bought a gold chain was told it was a half ounce weight to be less called back an lied saying could check camera people are liers would never recommend place should be sued for burning people

If I could put no star I would this place is a joke I tried to sell something there and they tried to rip me off than I told him it was a rip off and he followed me out side and was trying to start a fight
