Breaking news! Theyre not really a pawn shop, and they should... Probably change their sign, yknow, the one on top of a locked-jammed door that says that they "PAWN SELL BUY", whose sign to tell you to ring a bell is a piece of.. Well, ripped, squared up printer paper written in pen/pencil to tell you to ring. VERY unprofessional, trying to say my wifes necklace was worth $15 (even though they said they dont pawn, still trying to weight it out with bare hands as a "rough estimate") when it was from helzberg diamonds, worth way more than $400. I dont like name calling, but theyre a bunch of schmucks when it comes to their business. Know what youre making money about so you dont dig a deeper hole in this already sinking business economy; and fix your business up to where you dont confuse people with pawn shop signs.

This guys is a joke.I pawn a 24 inch 18 k gold chain and he sold it in Manchester . So he goes to court in in Goffstown pleads guilty to the charges and the charges were selling stole goods the.concord police arrest him and charge him with sell stole goods in Merrimack superior court the jury found him guilt . and he says he did not steal it the police stole it.what the police tell me is that he toke stuff from concord and sold it in outher store in Goffstown so this guy is a losser so if i were you i would not do any thing with him. your truly skip calley the captians please so please follow my lead and dont go there. for all thouse who new us Gloria give that before she died.

This place is a joke. If I could give it no stars I would. They fixed one of my phone screens and now there is lines on the phone, it doesnt vibrate, or ring. They have made 3 different appointments with me to re-fix my phone and when I arrive Im told "sorry the guy you need didnt show up today". Im told the guy I need is the boss. This is at the concord store. When I call and explain that he didnt show they tell me to drive to Manchester, even more out of my way. They are so rude and disrespectful. Would not suggest ANYONE go there to get anything repaired.
