Unproffesional. I tried selling them a 10kt rope chain and they told me it was plated. And embarrased me in front of alot of customers. I went and got it tested and sold it for $80 because it was real i will never go there again.

They are not very friendly and honestly they are not giving enough for items then they jack prices up 3 times what you got might as well buy brand new if Im only saving a couple bucks
