I never write reviews but what has happened to me at this store has finally made me come on and actually write a review because thats how furious I am! First I have bought two boxes one is a terminator and one a n6 that supposedly was a discounted box well I see why its on a discounted price neither one has worked! I took the terminator back the "owner" which I highly doubt owned the shop was way too young to be the owner I suspect hes the son or something but he basically told me that well I only spent twenty dollars on the box and that "it was what it was for the price!" which to me was basically saying you get what you pay for I guess but the product should work whether its one dollar or a thousand dollars so to me that was the wrong thing to say to a customer who had a defective product... well I regretfully went back to give it a second try and bought a n6 temperature control 60 watt box and I have had it for three weeks and it now does not work it too was at a "discounted" price so people beware discounted at this store is a term for "you get what you pay for" and "most likely will not work right very long" so now I have not one but two broken boxes and there really is no point in going back there to talk about this one going bad because I dont need to hear the guy tell me you get what you pay for again... and I dont want to deal with the skinny girl that is always ignoring everyone to do her own thing and really knows nothing about vaping according to the rest of the employees that I have talked too so not to sure why she even works on that side but thats beside the point I honestly wrote this because I am so pissed about the product quality and I cant believe I tried them again I guess the saying goes fool me once shame on you fool me twice.. well you get the picture buyer beware of the word discounted item when you are at this store

I have been shopping here for years. I was able to quit smoking over a year ago by giving their E-cigs a chance. I had previously tried Blue Cigs and Apollo Ecigs from online shopping and had no luck. My daughter and I both frequent the store. When I purchased my first ecig kit with liquid vape juice in Oct of 2013 I was able to stop smoking for good. I have been going in there now even more often, usually once a week to stock up on supplies for the ecigs (batteries, the vapor cartridges and e juice. Alex is always awesome and helpful with the products. Samira is great also. All the staff is knowledgeable on their products and always willing to help. You can even sample e juice flavors when seeking a new flavor. Samira recently helped me and got me switch to a new vapor tank with replaceable parts. She said once the liquid kicked in it would be better. I was not sure and even had a problem with the first wick thing and went back the next day to stock up on more wicks and buy the old ones I had been using just in case there was a problem. The first wick must have been defective and Alex swapped it out right away plus I got a pack of 5 more wicks and 10 of the old vapor cartridges just in case since I was unsure of the new style tank, Well Samira was right and once it worked and kicked in the flavor and product was better. I even added a new color and better battery. I am so impressed and very happy with the advice of Samira and Alex. You cant be the customer service and the products here. Always a pleasure doing business with these guys.

So previously to coming to zeronas I had gone to 3 different smokeshops for a bong and found nothing that fit what I wanted and within my price range. I was greeted with smiling faces, I waited around for about 15 minutes, waiting for my boyfriend to show. During that time I had a really young looking dude just kinda explain the perks to the many different pieces that caught my eye.... Gave me the best customer service I have experienced at really any store ex. clothing, makeup, clothes . I walked out easily spending like $330 because the guy had just given me so many options. I left a happy camper! Came home after a festival loaded both my pieces with water and one had a crack on one of the sides! I called the shop and they told me to bring it right in whenever since I lived in Tempe... SUPER ACCOMMODATING and very UNDERSTANDING.... Most shops wouldve been like sorry you bought a broken piece but we cant prove it wasnt you. That wasnt the case, I came in and they checked out the piece and let me pick out a whole other piece, gave me the option to keep the broken piece but I just wanted a working one. Paid the difference on this other piece the same guy helped me out as the day before and Just had to write about how this is literally the best smoke shop ever hands down! I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know ! Thanks so much guys!

Best smoke shop in Phoenix. I stop in a few times a week go get kratom and cigarettes. If you go in the mornings you will usually meet the owner who is awesome and his mom who is a sweetheart. She always asks how my 1 year old son is doing and gives me free lollipops to bring to him and free samples of different kinds of kratom for me to try. In the afternoons and evenings you got Alex and Sami running things. Alex is a great guy and will go completely out of his way to see that I am helped promptly, he will also make you feel appreciated as a regular by giving discounts here and there on products you buy often or ones you buy multiples of. Sami is the best and I truly cant say enough about her level of service and respect. She is also an encyclopedia about product knowledge and my wife might get mad if she reads this, but she is really pretty too! Sami and Alex are both real genuine nice people, and when I move away from this side of town I will make the trip to get stuff here and say whats up to the staff at Zerona. If you are going anywhere but Zerona for a smoke/vapor shop you are paying too much and getting worse service!

Went in on Monday evening, by far the best Smoke/Vape Shop in the valley. Jessica recommended this awesome place, and Jason killed it, with all the information and knowledge. If you have questions that the Internet cant answer, go see this man. (I know everyone has their own take and knowledge of "vaping", but if youre someone who is quitting smoking and want some sort of knowledge of the benefits of vaping, go to this place) There is just some things that people tend to forget..... You can hear about great reviews on a product and buy your product cheaper online, but the experience and knowledge is priceless. They will make you feel at home; not trying to sell you anything, but to give you the most knowledge as possible. Was there for over 2 hours and $210 later, best investment Ive made. If youre a pack a day smoker, you know youre spending almost $400 a month. Make an investment and save yourself $360 a month. Go buy yourself a nice car or toy.
