Eye smoke shop has a great selection of herbal remedies and e cigs/ accessories. The owner is very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the products he carries. I shop there often and Ive seen his customer service 1st hand. He took the time to show my wife the best e liquid for her specific vape. This guy knows his stuff and works hard to keep his customers happy. I was frustrated by high prices and a bad experience at several other shops, so I made the trip to Eye Smoke Shop. Ive been his customer for over 2 yrs now, and wont go anywhere else!

The older gentlemen, or should I say the insulting man, is a very rude and unprofessional. One day I paid under $4 for cigarettes tubes, 5 days later, I go back for the same brand and he wants to charge me over $5! I asked him why that is and he just started yelling and cursing at me!!!! I dont recommend this shop to my worse enemy. However, the shops on 19th and Thunderbird and also on Greenway are very friendly and great customer service

Bad stuff, worse service! These guys have cheap stuff. LITERALLY! I bought an adjustable battery that went bad in less than 2 days. I went back the owner remembered me, but said nothing he could do because sometimes "they just go bad". After 2 days? Cmon man! What a joke of a business#@**&!#!!

Anybody who says anything bad about this place is out of their mind! The service is A+ and the pricing on the products are the lowest ive seen in Phoenix. The conversations with Dad are a bonus too. Overall Id highly recommend this shop.

Id leave no stars if I could. This guy isnt consistent with his weights and measures. If you buy tobacco from him he puts the bag in the scale and puts the tobacco in that instead of just weighing the tobacco. My wife says he smells bad.

Dont go here for cigars, humidor was at 62% and the Ghurka I bought was stale and nasty, these guys cater to cigarette and pot smokers and really should get out of the cigar business.

Not open the hours it says. Couldnt even go in even though it has all these good reviews. Drove all the way there at 8 and its closed even though it says 10. They should change that.
