Their selection of pipes is probably the largest in town. When I walked in and said that I was purchasing my first pipe, I received excellent customer service. They showed me different pipes, told me about the basic accessories I would need, helped me choose my first blend of tobacco, answered my questions, and even helped teach me how to pack the pipe properly. I walked out of there feeling like they truly wanted me as a lifetime customer. When I went in for my initial purchase, I actually did met the owner. He was busy with some other things and didnt have the time to spend helping a newbie pick his first pipe. No problems though. He very politely introduced me to one of his staff who did take time with me. In the end I didnt get ripped off, I got a quality pipe at a reasonable price, they didnt up-sell me with a load of unnecessary or expensive accessories, and I left happy. Since then, Ive been back multiple times to pick up more tobacco, pipe cleaners, or whatever else I need. Never once has my experience been bad. Im not a cigar smoker so I cant comment on their selection in their humidor. However, as a pipe smoker I will say theyre one of the best places in town.

I went there, with my wife, as a person new to pipe smoking. Let me explain this. The place is bigger then it looks. Its huge! Lots of cigar accessories, good choice of pipes, and it looked like a walk in humidor, though i did not come for the cigars. The men at the counter were very kind to me and assisted me in my purchase. I am a proud new owner of 2 pipes and 3 lovely tobaccos. Paradise is my favorite one to relax with, reminds me of camping and good times. I would go there again for anything tobacco related or just to smoke my pipe with others.

The store is ok, the selection is pretty good but the owner is very strange. Hes very off-putting - not a likeable sort of guy. And his son is quite socially dysfunctional - shouldnt be working with the public. They tend to push their higher priced cigars and most of their recommendations are over priced and inferior in quality. They also tend to shadow you throughout the humidor, completely oblivious to your personal space. If it werent for the two of them, I might rate this place higher.

They do have best price on Djarum Cigars however customer service is iffy. I always get the feeling its a boys only kind of place. Once I was left waiting 15 minutes before I was even greeted while both employees chatted with another customer about golf. Its great theyre friendly to some customers but not so great when it leaves others waiting for any acknowledgement.

I came in after driving by many times. I wanna say Phil? Helped me right away. Very friendly and informative As a customer who has a new collection and humidor,I love the selection and was invited to the Wednesday night auction. Ill be there. Like I said,large inventory and knowledge behind the counter has made me a new customer. Thanks

Place is completely unpretentious and comfortable, if you want to browse, you will be left alone. If you have a question, just ask and you will be given good advise. Lounge is comfortable and easy to jump into a conversation if you desire. Selection in humidor is outstanding. Great little place.

They have one of the largest selection around. their staff is bit above average. theyre cigars are reasonably priced but their selection is so big you have a varioty of budget cigars very nice tv couches tables and alot of cigar accessories.

Nice place to relax. Good enviroment, with a large walk in humidor. They have a huge selection of pipes and wide variety of pipe tobacco as well. They have pretty much anything a cigar/pipe smoker could need.

Eric and the staff there are great. Coming from Iwan Ries in Chicago this place is the best for Arizona when it comes to selection and a great group of guys to smoke with.
