They sell terrible hookahs that are glued together and rusted. My hookah I purchases fell apart after 4 days because the heat from the coals loosened the glue and I found out that it was not the product that I was told I was purchasing. After the stem falling apart I was able to see that the inside was full of rust. I was told by the the employee that the product was brand new which is obviously wasnt. I then attempted to exchange the item which the employee insisted that I was a liar and refused that I was lieing and I rusted the entire inside after 1 use. He then accused me of breaking the hookah and then told us to leave the store. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN

I have been to this store numerous times, and the staff have always been friendly and courteous. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection of pipes and Hookahs in various price ranges. They has a great selection of Shesha, and they also carry the new HOOKAH FLIP... and cheaper than everywhere else I looked. I bought one and it has been money well spent! If you dont know what the HOOKAH FLIP is look it up on youtube.. this thing is the BOMB..it is a MUST HAVE for serious hookah smokers like me and my friends.

One of the most honest tobacco shops in the valley. I called around to find the lowest priced hookahs. After visiting several other tobacco stores that said they were the cheapest (bait & switch) I found tobacco plus. The manager showed me the hookahs that he priced over the phone. He had so many different ones I decided to upgrade. I never felt pressured to upgrade, all he did was answer all the questions I had on the different styles they carried. I have recommended this store to all my friends.

I was going there every other day to buy smokes. I desided to start on electronic ciggs so I went to him. Purchased the pure smoke starter kit got home plugged it in to find that the usb charger was broken. He wouldnt let me return or exchange the faulty product. So now I have to spend another $20 for a charger from the manufactuer or be stuck with a $50 paper weight. He has lost a $20 a week customer for the last two years over a charger valued just under $20.
