What an absolute and total joke for a smoke shop. They call themselves the smoke shop? Seems to me to be more of a drug distribution hub. They sell meth pipes they sell crack pipes they sell all the ingredients to cut cocaine with they sell all of the ingredients to cut heroin with. They even sell some precursor chemicals to make crystal meth. For a smoke shop in Phoenix tonight already be selling cases of butane is unheard of. For the man to look at me like Im speaking another language seems totally crazy to me. When I asked him what the price was for a case of butane he said he didnt know and he needed to call his boss. His boss said he would do it for five dollars a can wealthy folks lets do some basic math if theres 12 cans in a case and its only five dollars again well thats $60 right.? Well this man didnt understand that. I explained to him six ways from Sunday how six cans at five dollars was $30 but the gentleman just could not figure it out for the life of them so I ended up after about 1520 minutes going back-and-forth trying to give them in the money I just end up leaving. Incredibly dissatisfied incredibly irritated and someone who will never returned her a smoke shop. Its a real shame for the owner to because I spend it on of money

The guys at this shop are EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! I walked in there the other day...Ray (the owner/partner) came out from behind the counter.. I asked which tobacco he recommends. He was soooo cool! He COULD have haggled me into buying the wayyyy more expensive tobacco..but instead he showed me which ones were the popular brand..and even showed me which bags of tobacco were on sale!!!! Ya just cant beat EXCELLENT customer service!!! They are worth every single star!!! (5 stars) Now i go there for my tobacco and tubes!!!

Awesome. They have $1 bags of tobacco for RYO cigarettes which is a great deal. And if you buy the $1.99 box of tubes you end up with cigarettes for less than $1/pack and they taste like regular cigarettes. Im normally a Marlboro Light smoker but buy these to save some money! They also have the RYO cigarette machines at a great price! They are always friendly and helpful and greet you when you walk in. We are here on the regular. I just wish they were open past 6pm!

The guys there are great, and really helpful. The machine is set to a "medium" for how much tobacco goes into the tube, so if the first few come out too "loose" you can ask the guy there what to push to have more tobacco gets put in, so you can have it packed as tight as you want it. Also, make sure you grab one of the free ziplock bags for your carton, it really helps keep your smokes fresh!

i went to three smoke shop this morning to try to find some quick fix and none have it but i went to rays and they had it and more i didnt expect there to be a plethora of selections to chose from. but overall the best smoke shop in phoenix by far...and their really nice just to top it off

I had forgotten how many long standing 5 star local businesses shape this area of Moon Valley. Rays is not a slouch seedy cigarette stop. Great prices, familiar faces, and the best smelling scented oil Ive found, at the cheapest prices: 3 for $3.98 + tax
