Good customer service for the most part. Theres one or two staff that need some training in that area, but even they treat you decent. Great little shop with local feel, good ownership. Hes there every day, remembers your name and brand, and treats ya right. Good selection of beer and wine, an excellent humidor, plenty of tobacco options. Even a little adult section. No arcade, just videos and assorted other... items.
