The WORST customer service I think I have ever experienced in my life. I used to love this smoke shop when the older owners ran it..not sure if they are still the same owners but this place has gone downhill since than... Im not one to ever write reviews but I just went in there had smoke rings blown into my face where I felt like I was suffocating and i asked to look at two pipes and the guy slammed the counter pretty much in my face and was dropping the F bomb very other word. I have only been in a few times in the last couple years because of the horrible customer service and my last visit will be my last. They never ask if you need help looking at anything and just talk about smoking and doing drugs as we can all hear them. I know its a smoke shop and not a corporate event but cmon guys...lost our business will continue to go into town and give my money to Sky High and business owners that actually care. OH AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN to a smoke shop where they dont wrap your product. My brother bought a piece (I wasnt spending my money here) and they didnt even wrap it...When he was done checking out the dude was just like "Do you need a copy of your receipt or anything?" and I step and in and ask them to wrap it for him and the guy seemed super annoyed and sloppy wrapped it like it was such an inconvience...this place is a JOKE

I am happy to announce that I am no longer affiliated with this s*** shop. I was terminated as the store manager for supposedly stealing even though the merchandise that I was being accused of taking was on the counter inside the store. After making jim, the owner, aware of this, he randomly came up with a lame excuse to justify (in his eyes) my termination. Hes a store owner that belittles and slanders his employees. He even goes as far as making very rude and unprofessional comments to people that are not even affiliated with his shop only because they are in a relationship with 1 of his former employees. He bad-mouths his customer after they leave his store, he buys cheap merchandise and charges 3 to 4 times what its worth, he buys cheap ingredients for his e-juice and cbd products yet charges premium prices for something that he spends pennies to make. Long story short, I dont believe someone should spend their hard-earned money at a shop that is owned by a greedy, narcissistic tyrant. Im sure hell put up another review bad-mouthing me for this particular review and Im sure he will lash out at me personally, which he has done with other employees recently. Truth be told I dont care. I wanted to bring to peoples attention the type of person and the type of shop that this is...

I find it funny that the 2 worst reviews on here are from ex-employees of the Smokers Edge. Both of which were fired for reasons that any business would terminate an employee. Both of these individuals bad mouth the products, eliquids, and the owner, yet they both purchased the same products and eliquids that they bad mouth. Just seems to me that they both have some growing up to do. As for my personal opinion of the Smokers Edge. The staff consisting of 4 employees are knowledgeable of majority of all the products on hand in the shop. Nobody can know everything about every item that is sold no matter how big or small a business is. As a customer I have always be treated like a friend when I walk into the shop. The owners Jim and Roxi are incredibly nice individuals, every time that I have talked with them. They are people trying to put out a good product and create a friendly atmosphere where customer want to come back and spread the word about their personal experience in the Smokers Edge. If your a potential customer reading the reviews for the Smokers Edge as a way to decide to visit or not I would say go in and experience it for yourself, dont let a few disgruntle ex-employees sway your judgement.

HEY CODY, TWO WORDS...........SPELL CHECK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cody used to be the store manager until he decided to get high all the time and smoke anything and everything to "amp" him up. Meth? Suddenly getting to work, putting on clean clothes and taking a shower were much lower priorities. The pungent aroma is not all sour grapes it was CODY. Just as the odor and irresponsible behavior became too much to bare and we were going to have to make a change, he came into our store threatened employees and customers with violence. We will not sit still when people are told that a shot gun will be held to their chest. So we fired him and banned him from the shop. Two police reports are now on file. Cody has a lot of talent and he could make something of his life. Unfortunately, as the owners of The Smokers Edge we missed judged his integrity and character. For that we apologize to our wonderful customers and employees.

Not happy with this little shop run by stoner teens who lack product knowledge and try to sell you their most expensive products rather than what you ask for. eSmoke hardware costs more than most places in the valley. eJuice is cheapest in the valley, unfortunately, its often gone bad from being displayed in a sunny window, and even though they make their own, they are usually out of the flavors or strengths Im looking for. The consistency of their eJuice is also always in question. Nicotine levels, flavors, colors and thickness of the juice are often inconsistent. I started Vaping from this store and have tried to support them as a local small business but poor service and quality have driven me into Chandler for better all-around experiences. I wont be re-visiting this store again..

Worst smoke shop that anybody could have created horrible customer service lack of knowledge overpriced everything they sell is production no hand blow pieces and no pieces blow in America if you do get a piece from here docheck it for cracks all ecig stuff are clones all the juices are not made in FDA approved lab theyre made in the owners house beware of these juices they made with the lowest grade materials possible to save money guaranteed to go to these locations to get their product GW/ sunset/e cigs and vapes

this review is for the smokers edge. owner is a complete a hole. i tried to return a purifying shampoo unopened. dood said he wouldnt accept it back. his reasoning was he didnt know if i had used the shampoo and then filled it back up with something else. i mean come on. another visit i had i bought a pipe. got home and realized it was cracked. he did accept the return but grumpily. selection sux, dood is a jerk, id steer clear. i guess thats why he had to change his name to the smokers edge. old habits die hard.

Worst Customer service in the planet the owner Jim Schumacher is worthless if youre looking to buy e-cigarettes or any type of smoking utensils would not recommend the shop overpriced unknowledgeable everything he buys this from China and most of them have cracks would definitely spend the extra money to go into Casa Grande or into Tempe Chandler area they can claim anything they want about me if you want to know the truth just ask always willing to help people out
