Lady that runs the place is off her rocker. Be warned, She will refuse service to you if you are on your phone at time of purchase. I was On my cell-ON HOLD WITH A CLAIM- she tells me my total when I then go to put my card in the machine, she stops me and says I will not go any further with you on the phone and I said excuse me, why, I am just on hold and she stated bc she cannot communicate with me. I then Repeated to her that I was on hold- PUT MY PHONE DOWN ON THE COUNTER-and she still refused to ring me up. When I said whats the problem if I am on hold and what is there to communicate about anyway? You told me the total, I put my card in the chip reader and pay right? She looked at me and got upset and kept saying no I will not tolerate it. I then tell her there is no sign anywhere stating customers cannot be on their phone at time of purchase, so how was I supposed to know? And she just kept stuttering and saying "next". I asked are u refusing service to me or something? she completely ignored me and repeatedly said "thats fine, Next!". She was Very rude, embarrassing and very weird, and I couldnt tell if she was actually serious because Of the amount of Botox she had showed no hint of what this ladys trip really was. Smoke shop leaving town on California in Parker is better anyways, not stale, same price and not ran by a menopausal weirdo.

Indian smoke shop my butt!! When a person of Native descent comes in from a thousand miles away to buy cigarettes and is turned away because I wanted to get rid of my change in quarters! Be they native, hispanic, Caucasion, African-American and so on.Well that just tells me someone is on the lying end of being Native or Minority. With the businesses I have owned I have never turned away a paying customer regardless of paper money, C.C.cards, or change of any denomination. I would ask any and all people boycott this place of business for discriminatory practices against minorities and Caucasians alike! If the business wants to discriminate because of race, color, creed then we should allow them to do so somewhere else!

The product they carry displayed well for all to see. Keeping the product behind the counters and along the wall in a horseshoe fashion allows enough room for people to line up in the center and the cashier does not have to worry about shoplifting. There was a little bit of a wait as the cashier was a little chatty with a line building. This was not too much of a problem for me when I found they carried my brand of roll your own that is sometimes difficult to find. I would have rated a three star on initial impulse, but weighing in the cashiers consistent good mood and chattyness with all customers and they had my brand (hard to find sometimes), I am willing to go with a four star.

Do not buy your tobacco here. They are taking the rolling papers out of natural American Spirit organic roll-your-own tobacco and placing a sticker over the part of the pouch that says 50 Rolling Papers inside. When I called to discuss this matter with the business the woman who answered the phone was very rude to me and told me that I was a liar. I have called the American Spirit distribution centers and they have confirmed that rolling papers should be and are included in all of their roll-your-own tobacco products. I repeat do not buy your your tobacco here.

Customer service and management is suck over here, guess they are too rich to receive money from customer. Regardless of how customer behave, dress, look or color they need to learn how to be customer orientated not be a jack ass. If you could not accept question or opinion from customer than do not open your store. Management need to stop being self entitle, rude and condescending, so what if you owned the store without customers you will not have a store anyway. BEWARE!!!

My Only Favorite Smoke Shop Too Buy My Accessories That I Need For Pen Is Kind Of Not Good Service But They Do Have Very Nice Merchandise Then Agian Easily Can Be Broken Or Not Work Properly. My Replacment Tank For My ELeaf Vape Pen Broke The Next Day &Havent Been Using It (Sad Face). Can I Get Another Replacement For Half Off Or...? Not Sure. Good &Nice Merchandise Though.
