I came in with my wife to check the place out, I smoke a cigar a week or bi-weekly and live around the corner. Walked in, the place was dead empty but felt and appeared nice, so we entered the very large humidor. At first we were impressed with the selection, but were quickly hounded by the owner, "what can I get for you?" (he followed us in). I said, "we are just gonna look around and see what you got". Then he stood and stared at me and my wife where he could watch us the entire time. We could feel his eyes burning holes in our backs. I looked over at him and he never even bothered to look away. I told my wife, "lets go, apparently were stealing..." Im pushing 40, and yes, I have long hair, but Im a devops engineer and probably make more money than he does, and have never stolen as much as a stick of gum in my entire life. Get over your stereotypes and quit treating customers like thieves. You just lost a weekly customer.

One of the best cigar shops in town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whether you are new to cigars or a long-time smoker. The humidor is HUGE and their selection is great. I really enjoy coming in, picking out my favorite smoke (or finding a new one) and sitting in one of the leather chairs and just relaxing. The clientele are also very friendly and varied in backgrounds, and Ive made many new friends just hanging out.

This place has a good selection overall but horrible return customer service. Burns my fingers literally chance I got a torch that burns my fingers after 10 seconds and its gets hotter afterwards . Employee was rude and didnt care about the fact I get burned by his defective product I just wanted to exchange and he just ignores me.

Staff is friendly and I like the store, it has has a sense of class to it. @Ryan if they didnt have e-cigs do u really think u should only give them 3 stars?? If I were you Id just delete youre review in whole ur making this guys well built establishment look tarrnished

Best place to get a cigar in AZ in my opinion, the owner is very amicable and has a great deal of knowledge about the cigars they offer. They even buy cigars for you upon request. Nice lounge and a great place to get away from home when you want to relax without anyone to bother you.

What a great man cave! Massive humidor, bar with craft beers and a proprietor, Bobby, who delights in meeting new patrons. A good place to hide from the wife or boss and decompress this afternoon. Pull up a dark leather chair, cold pint, a Montecristo, and reclaim your birthright.

This place is great, great selection of cigars, great people, great atmosphere, I marinated in here on a Saturday and hung out with the locals for awhile. It was like sitting with people I knew forever. The owner Bobby is awesome and makes you feel at home. Cant wait to go back.

Best shop I have seen in Phoenix by far. Huge humidor with equally huge selection. Great lounge. The owner is very friendly and personable. He knows his stuff, too. Very comfortable shop.
