Overall experience: 5 stars! While perhaps, the price is a bit higher than from other dealers, I believe the many other advantages dealing with this dealership way outweighs the extra cost. Hence, I would strongly recommend this place to all. Do not be fooled by the small older building this dealership is in (their service building is separate and modern). It is what inside that counts and all the team there and the DCH group want your business on a long-term basis. If you experience an issue, do not worry, go and calmly talk with the next level manager. You know that the general manager is there if needed as well as the DCH group. You would probably not need them. It was just my luck to have such a contact, which only happened as I was waiting on the redesigned Camry, based on the rumors at the time. Otherwise, I probably would have done very well with the sales person, Ray Medina and his direct Manager, Alan Carter. When I have returned to the dealership to install my license plates and get the registration paperwork, Ray DeSimone, the general manager, took me in his v6 Camry, to see the new body shop facility he has built and to introduce me to the director of service, so I have a contact for the future. The body shop is a huge building inside (from outside you may think it is a small place but that is because it is a long building and only a small front is visible). While I sure hope I will not need such a facility, it is good to know that they can do all body/paint work. As I have my relationship with this dealer, I know I will get original parts installed and not cheap parts from third party maker (what is going on with body shops, insurance etc. is yet a topic to do another review on). Ray took me then to meet Rich Mootz, Director of Service, and Mike DeAngelis, Service Manager and has introduced me to them mentioning my background attempting to buy cars for year (as if I was part of the family). Rich has already reached out with an email note just after buying the car and introduced himself stating if I need anything, I should not hesitate to talk with him. My comments were that I know they will take good care of my car, as I am just driving it for 5 years or so, after which, it will return as a trade-in to the dealership when I get my new car then. So I told them take good care of this car you will need to sell it latter on to someone else. From my part, I will keep it clean so to maximize the value for the next owner. As you can see dear readers, I do not want to keep a car again for 21 years! Just so you know, this review is real, I have no compensation from this dealer (even have rejected their referral fee card scheme where they offer to pay $135 if you refer a customer and give that customer additional $135 discount, as I do not want any compensation for anything). I am sharing my story in a hope that it will be helpful to others out there that, while not in the extreme situation I have been in, may find it so hard to buy a new car. Enjoy the experience with this dealer! Treat them as family as they will treat you as such and be fair.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Went to this dealer first; test drove a 2017 Camry with Alex (very nice and personable young man) and then was shocked to have him give me an actual quote form with all the prices shown. I asked him if he could go lower on the price and he went to his manager, Mike, who came over with a lower price and (when I said I wanted to go to a few other places) shook my hand and asked me to give him the final opportunity for my business. No pressure, no BS, just honesty and respect. Went to two other dealers (both on rte 22) and it was a nightmare! They acted like bad used car salesmen; disrespectful, played games, wouldnt quote exact prices; just took a blank sheet of paper and scribbled random amounts. The third place I went the manger came over, sat down, looked at me and said "You have to be reasonable." Seriously! I just got up and left - the manager and salesrep FOLLOWED ME TO THE FRONT DOOR screaming at me "Wendy, let me just ask you one more question!" I had my step dad with me and he had to put his hand up and firmly tell them "She said no." Apparently, the bigger the flag outside the bigger the jerks inside. I called Alex and he said to come on back and he was sure they could make me happy. When I came back Alex negotiated with his manager and came over with their best offer - he was right, I was happy. He took me outside so I could take one last look at the car before saying yes. When I did they took the car to get it washed and ready for me to take home. Now, out comes the finance guy Russell. Usually thats one of the worst parts of buying a car is at the last minute (when youre ready to sign papers) youre going to get some surprise or the final price is somehow going to be more than the quote. Not this time! Russell is hilarious and really seems to care that youre happy. I feel hes honest about what extra protections or services would be best for you and which ones you dont need. Signed everything, got all the papers and drove my new car home! You would think once they sell you the car they dont care but that wasnt true. I forgot to get the code for an Amazon gift card (for doing the test drive) and I called Lisa (sales manager) and she emailed me the code within minutes. They called a few days later to let me know my plates were in. When I went in to get them everyone was really nice and, when I went to leave, Alex came out and put my plates on for me - I didnt even have to ask.

The initial voicemail messages were refreshing reminders that DCH Toyota of North Brunswick is a first-class automotive business. Then, I booked a Sunday morning appointment with Edgar Ramirez for regular maintenance for my 2006 Toyota Prius. I arrived about 30 minutes early upon being warmly greeted by Edgar. His professional appearance, attitude, and listening skills were appreciated. Edgar indicated that the routine maintenance would be performed within the hour from my arrival. Approximately 45 minutes later, Edgar asked me to accompany him back to my car. He reviewed the observations that had been recorded regarding the "health" of my vehicle and suggested an additional look at timing belt upon my next return for maintenance. Additionally, Edgar asked if I had any questions regarding my service. My 45 minutes of driving to DCH Toyota of North Brunswick was time well invested into the life and continued reliability of my Prius for my family. Thank you DCH Toyota of North Brunswick! Ray Medina greeted me with first-class treatment upon my arrival at DCH Brunswick Toyota. He introduced me to Jason and immediately escorted me to his desk to discuss my needs. His ability to listen with positive enthusiasm throughout our initial relationship building moments gave me confidence that I had found the right dealership to conduct my business. Ray continued to demonstrate servant leadership while showing me the vehicle, during the test drive, and upon building a deal based upon my needs. Lisa Ocasio, General Sales Manager, also personally visited me during the financing details of my deal to explain how she was working with various banking lenders including Toyota Financial Services to receive the best possible interest rate for my deal. She was able to beat my previous financing offer with another third-class dealer by 3.25% using Toyota Financial Services! In fact, the financing team was able to construct a deal which was $20 less per month than I had calculated based upon my trade value and the used vehicle purchase price. If you need a new or used vehicle and desire to work with a team of first-class, professional, and courteous people, then you must allow DCH Brunswick Toyota to earn your business. Michelle, Jason, Ray, and Lisa and the other team leaders at DCH Brunswick are ready to serve you in meeting your auto needs.
