Bought a 2002 tacoma with 69,100 miles from here, over the phone. I flew in to finalize the purchase and it was night time by the time I got to Morristown. I said the paint looks kinda bad and was it resprayed. The sales man said Not to his knowledge besides this one piece on the front grill. Then I noticed significant rust on the front suspension support assembly and asked is this a part of the frame? He said, I know these trucks in and out and this is bolted in so its no big deal... NOW, the front susp. support is WELDED to the frame, so to repair this significant rust I need a frame swap... and the ENTIRE drivers side of the cabin has been resprayed, theres a vent between cabin and bed that is supposed to be black and it was oversprayed red, the paint on this side is crinkled as a bad respray would leave the finish.. TO HIS KNOWLEDGE HE DIDNT SEE THIS? Nope, HE LIED! Lastly, most importantly, DONT TRUST THEIR CARS!!! they are priced fair with low miles sometimes, but check this, after about 400 Miles and 1 fill up, I went to the gas station to get gas a 2nd time, and my GAS TANK DROPPED!!! the filler neck smashed into the plastic shroud!!!!! They couldnt take the filer cap off to fill up!!! seriously!! this is UNSAFE! I emailed them to see if they could cover it under warranty (90 day, 3000 miles) I have about 7 days and 500 miles on the car now, they said they cant fix it but can quote me to fix it at their shop, and it may be a "low cost fix"... This shouldnt cost me anything after buying a 13,000 truck and having the fuel tank drop! Im going to Toyota dealership to have the damage assessed this week. In all, their cars are decently clean, and sometimes low miles, and priced fair. But dont trust the quality as they arent all as mint and bang-for-your-buck as you think they are. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM OTHER STATES AND HAVE DELIVERY OR PICKUP AT NIGHT!! DONT GET SCAMMED BY NICE PICTURES AND EDITS. two **, would get one, but the actual purchasing/financial portion was ok. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY AT THIS DEALRSHIP THOUGH!!!

BUYERS BEWARE! Very Shady business! My Grandfather just made the mistake of purchasing a Car from these crooks. After bringing the Car to a local & trusted mechanic several issues were brought to Carlinks attention. My Grandfather was re-assured that all issues would be fixed. After finally purchasing the vehicle and several issues later it turns out they never changed the fluids, brakes are still an issue, one of the tires replaced on the Car had a huge tear in the bead and some sort of glue/cement was used to keep the bead ( tire went flat a day after buying it). Carlink also sold the Car with a recall notice on it for a defective airbag, turns out they used a Carfax report from the previous year which never reflected the Airbag issue. My Grandfather went to return the vehicle days later to Carlink, Upon arrivng at Carlink They treated the my Grandfathers Car like a fresh trade-in, offered him half of what he paid days ago and ran a fresh Carfax report which showed a recall notice. My Grandfather was told by Carlink that " This vehicle should never have been sold in the first place! and there is no way we can buy this vehicle back from you" Ive had dealing with Car Dealerships like this before, These people are you typical low rent scam artist scumbag dollar hungry Car Salesmen who take absolutely no pride and offer no integrity in their work. Avoid this place at all costs

NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY I USED CAR. I bought a car from them, it literally stalled on me the same day, needed a new fuel pump. They brought the car to me a few weeks later , LITERALLY the next day, it stalls on me again with a problem in the throttle , every time I drive the car the light comes on, and I must start the car over. One day the car finally didnt start over, they charged me $600 to fix ( and thats "discount" ). I had to call them over and over to work on the car, a month later of calling, they were still asking me whats wrong with the car after I explained several times. I get the car back, drive home a hour and a half, turn the corner to my house, and hues what ?? Here comes the problem once again on the same damn day. This was all within 6 months of buying this LEMON! Car is once again in the shop with a hole in the engine thats goin to cost me at least $2,000 to fix. I made a down payment of $3300 and Im paying $232 monthly for 4 years for a 2006 car thats full of problems. I cant believe they talked me into it. Young and dumb, and I have to take my losses. Didnt even get me to test drive, just straight asked me what am I paying with. Learn from my mistake people, dont buy here, at least bring a trusted mechanic with you wherever you go!! Wish I could give these scammers a -5 rating instead

THIS IS 2ND REVIEW ON THIS STUPID PLACE. YOU REMOVED MY FIRST REVIEW. I AGREE WITH YOU DAVID D. BUYERS BEWARE. SCUMBAGS. I WOULDNT EVEN CALL THEM KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALOT OF THINGS. FIRST RICK SAYING YOU DONT LIKE CARFAX CAUSE ITS A MONEY MAKER. WASTE OF TIME. YOU SHOULDNT EVEN BE SALESMAN BECAUSE YOU DIDNT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MY VEHICLE. AND A GOOD SALESMAN WOULD HAVE HELPED OUT A CUSTOMER. AND STEVE. THATS THE BIGGEST SCUMBAG OF ALL. YOUR RUDE AND ACTUALLY YOUR A SCAM ARTIST. YOU ONLY TELL PEOPLE ABOUT SMALL THINGS AND IF THEY SPEAK OF OTHER THINGS YOU CHANGE SUBJECT. YOU COULDNT EVEN TALK LIKE A DEALERSHIP WITH RESPECT. AND YOUR WIFE CLAIMING I WAS RUDE. REALITY CHECK SHE WAS VERY AROGANT , RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. YOU DONT GO TELL A CLIENT TO BAD NO MANUAL GO LOOK ONLINE. YOUR A DEALERSHIP RIGHT???? WELL YOUR SUPPOSE TO SUPPLY IT!!!! BUYERS PLEASE READ DONT BUY FROM CARLINK SCAM, SCAM SCAM.... DIDNT LIKE MY FIRST REVIEW THEN DELEATED IT!! ******BEWARE*******

Theyre selling traded in cars from dealers that dont want to resell themselves. Hmm, guess I should have known better. Thought it was a fair deal until the issues piled up. The car I bought needed a lot of maintenance, discovered the bumper wasnt fixed properly(carfax showed no accidents so dont buy into that disclosure too much), and the A/C doesnt work(made the purchase in December). I knew better to approach them regarding anything but the AC, which they tried to have fixed by their service center. That lasted about two weeks, so I will not be giving them another chance. BUYERS BEWARE. Unless you have a ton of experience buying used cars and fixing them, I would stay away. I have spent a lot of time and money to make this car roadworthy. Luckily, I had another vehicle to use when needed or else this experience would have been an even bigger hassle. At the end of the day, the car was far from the fair condition that they claimed it was in.

After speaking to a salesmen for a couple days about a particular car, I was led to believe the car I was seeing was in good and fair condition. However, after driving 45 minutes to meet the dealer (Rick) and waiting 10 minutes for him to retrieve the car, the car I was presented with was a model year older, covered in scratches, and had a torn interior. It was not the same car I saw on line. Apparently according to the dealer, the car I wanted had sold the night before and he thought this beat up thing which was an older model of the original car and coincidentally the same price was the car we had been discussing all along. I have a fair suspicion that I was duped. It seemed like a typical bait and switch situation. I would not recommend doing business with these people as I dont believe they are honest or reputable.
