I was in a situation where it was time to get out of an old vehicle and get into something new that allowed me to feel like I was upgrading, safer than I was in my previous car, and not paying an arm and a leg to do so. So I did what everyone else would do in this situation. I did some shopping. After a week of going back and forth, I thought I was going to get a great deal from Windsor Nissan. Without going into great detail, Windsor Nissan let me down, lied to me and made me feel as though I was not worthy enough or valued enough as a customer. What was I to do?? THAT’S RIGHT, I WENT TO ACME NISSAN!!! :) From the very second I pulled up to ACME NISSAN, I felt GREAT! The air was clear, positive and friendly! I was greeted outside with a smile and was welcomed as though I was going into a friend’s home. This feeling carried all the way through from my salesman Darren Lazare, the general manager Lou Narcisi to the receptionist and other ACME NISSAN employees that passed by me. I couldn’t believe how incredibly nice everyone was. It was easy to see that these people truly loved their jobs, and what a breath of fresh air to see the manager so friendly and involved! The dealership was incredibly clean and provided a comfortable environment for extended waiting periods of time. They offered free refreshments and snacks. The bathroom was clean. I was incredibly impressed with ACME NISSAN’S inventory – they had EXACTLY what I wanted, in the colors and options that I wanted which was amazing because shopping at other dealerships I felt like I would’ve had to settle for a color car I really didnt want. There was absolutely NO settling at ACME NISSAN. The best part is there was no reason to spend an entire day or more here. I got treated like I was family, I was given the best price up front, I didn’t have to haggle or negotiate. Bill Susan, the finance director was also amazing, when it came time to sign the paperwork he gave me options so that I could make the very best decision for me and my family and there was NEVER any pressure to purchase anything extra. I walked in the door at 9:30 and drove home with my brand new Nissan Altima SV in beautiful Pearl White by 12:30. Darren has been amazing and has followed up to make sure that I’m happy in my new vehicle, he even called to wish me a Happy Birthday! My old car loan was paid off within 4 days - they are so quick and gave me even more of a reason to trust and feel confident buying from them! I am absolutely LOVING my new Altima!! I feel incredibly safe driving it, I LOVE all of it’s great features and I thank Darren, Lou, Bill and the rest of the gang at ACME NISSAN for making my experience unforgettable! My family and I cannot wait to purchase from you again!!! Thank you for making buying a car so much fun!!!

I had purchased a 2010 Sentra from this dealership 2.5 years ago, my car was totaled 2 weeks ago when I was rear ended so I thought I would return to the same dealer since I thought theyd appreciate a returning customer. I was there earlier in the week looking at a 2011 Rogue with Andy Patel. I liked the car, it was a very basic model. I mentioned to my salesperson at the time that the sticker price was way over Kelly Blue Book. He told me not to worry, hed make it affordable for me. I didnt buy the car, I had to speak to my boyfriend and let him see the car as well. The manager came over and tried to convince me, but it wasnt happening this day. In the meantime, I shopped at a few other dealers. I noticed that the prices were ALL significantly lower that Acme Nissan on rt 130. Today in our travels I wanted to show my boyfriend the car since we were driving all around anyway. Another salesperson (Steve) approached us and we let him know we had spoken to someone else, he was going to let them know we were there. Andy was busy so Steve said he would help us. Steve told us to not pay mind to the prices on the cars "We all know those are not the prices, dont fall for that gimmick.. we can always work something out" Not only did Steve laugh when we told him the rates we found at other dealers, but to our face told us "no one will give you that price" and insisted on selling us the car at top dollar.. I didnt appreciate being called a liar. This salesperson was arrogant as well as rude. He spoke to the manager and we overheard them saying offensive remarks about us. Steve came over to us and told us "no" and laughed.. We shook his hand and left. I do not recommend this dealership. They are dishonest, rude and I suggest doing your research. There are many other Nissan dealers that will give you a better experience. If you want a dishonest person who will overcharge you, Id suggest you buy a car from this dealer. I have since gone and bought a car from Buick.. It is 10x the car the Rogue is. I had a great experience and recommend Buick GMC on rt 22 in Green Brook NJ.

AVOID this dealer at all costs. Beware they are very deceitful and misleading. The internet/phone representatives job is to get you in the door and will use every smoke and mirror trick to do it. I was emailed a price quote. I traveled 45 minutes to get to this dealer and got the old "bait and switch". The real price was $1700 more. The fine print "Certain rebates may require customer qualification." Well the price I was quoted included a rebate only if you graduated college in the past 2 years. I had about 6 previous phone conversations with Jaime Rodriguez and multiple emails, and never once did he ask me if I even went to college. In addition, the quote didnt include the destination charge which is part of the sticker price. The salesman shows me the actual cost with this upside down equation in which the price I am paying is at the top and the extra charges are subtracted and the internet quote was at the bottom. Again smoke and mirrors: 37000 (what I was going to pay) -990 destination fee -770 college rebate ______ 35, 240 (what I was quoted) I was very angry and tore up my deposit check and asked to speak to manager. The manager never came. As I was leaving another employee said "good riddance". I asked for his name but he wouldnt give it to me. It was such a terrible experience that I am hesitant to ever buy any Nissan.

The service department here is a rip-off. I bought my Nissan at another dealership but since moved and have gone to Acme Nissan for service for about a year now. Ive never had a good feeling about the service dept. here -- always being told about expensive repairs or procedures that I should be considering. Usually, I ignored the service reps recommendations and had no significant problems with my car. However, I recently went in for Nissans recommended 60,000 mile service only to find out afterward that Nissans 60,000 mile service isnt what Acme Nissan performs. They have their own procedure that covers fewer replacement parts and more "inspections" and "labor." Net result: a bill of $555.46 for an oil change; an engine air filter; one headlight replacement; a new rear wiper blade; and a lot of inspections to tell me that my car was doing fine -- oh, and that I need a new cabin air filter (included in Nissans plan but not Acmes) which would cost me another $79 + labor. Getting ripped off this badly is a terrible feeling. The only positive to come out of this is that it has galvanized my resolve to a) never go to Acme Nissan again and b) to find a local mechanic for all future service.
