I have never been treated more un-customer-like in my life. Jocelyn in Banfield, someone who gave me the run around for needing to do extra work to help lookup my situation I was concerned about. She was lazy and unwilling to do any digging to help me resolve my issue that SHE CALLED ME FOR. I am new an excited to be an insurance holder for my dog under the Banfield policies but not after this. I was hung up on twice by the rude associate named Jocelyn only to talk to the manager, DR. BROWN who I mistakenly called Ms.Brown and was quick to correct me on her name and accuse me of demeaning her? I quote her, "DOCTOR, ITS DOCTOR". Also the managers first words to me were that I am abrupt and rude with her currently on the phone after dealing with her rude employee...yeah Im clearly irritated about your lack of customer service so Im sorry but thats not really whats important to point out at the moment???? The manager then points out that she was there the whole time I was on the phone with her employee and she wasnt out of line at all. I did not know I was in a courtroom MS OR DR BROWN, I have someone who was here as well who can attest to what I am saying, does that really help anything or does it just continue the ignorance? I am not sure what type of place these women think they work at but they are dealing with concerned patients who have dogs and cats to bring in and this shouldnt be tolerated. Take your personal lives out on yourself or your spouses, not me. Clear up the suppression you have felt for becoming a doctor and maybe having people disrespect that since you are so eager to correct me and accuse me of demeaning you? Because I certainly did not, again the person in the room who overheard everything can attest to that as well. I expect alot more from a place providing medical care to my pets as I am sure they would as well. What was a simple miscommunication became a pissing match between myself and the employee Jocelyn and then quickly began with the manager MS BROWN. What kind of doctor corrects someone like that while on the clock? I am not your waiter or valet who got your order or car pull up wrong so really, is the correcting necessary, YOU are at work. Sorry but no where ever have I worked was I able to speak to people this way or handle situations this way. Get away with this now but karma will come when the complaints about you have piled up to much you have a hard time maintaining work due to your attitude as I am sure I am not the only person who goes through this with you.

The Bandfeild staff was very rude, and my pet was sent home after paying an outragouse amount without anything resovled. When I called the first time and asked to speak with a manager, I was put hold with nobody returning. I called again another day, and was told the manager was not in yet and she would be in at a certain time. When I called back at that time the front staff member stated that she was not there, but asked my information, and proceed to discuss my issuse with me and than became rude and mocking, after I let him know why I had not come back for a f/u visit that would have cost just as much as the first visit THAT I POINT OUT AGAIN DID NOT RESOVLE ANYTHING FOR MY PET THAT THEY KEPT DESCRIBING AS IN DISTRESSE ( BUT SENT HER HOME WITH MEDS THAT DID NOT WORK AND THE SAME DISTRESS SHE WAS RUSHED TO THEM FOR WHICH WAS NOT BY ME BUT BY THE PETSMART GROOMERS). I than asked to just speak with the manager, Mind you I was told she was not there but he will check. Magically Tiffany the manager answered and began to try to explain my case with me. She became very rude after I stated that the issues were not resovled although again I SPENT alot of money. Tiffany proceed to tell me that I did not come in for a f/u and for them to run tests, I let her know that I was not going to come in and spend that anount of money for them play guess what,when I had jist spent for them to what they called "SAVE HER LIFE" they over exaggerted the story and ran me around to cover their butts...I already HATED the hospital and there outrageous prices, but again I was not a willing party in my dogs care until after they ran my bill up with BS charges to again not RESVOLVE ANY OF HER ISSUES. I HAVE NOT AND WILL NEVER RECCOMEND YOU TAKE YOUR PETS TO ANY BANDFELID THEY ARE CROOKS AND ONLY THEIR FOR THE MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR PETS THEY CARE ABOUT JUST MAKING MONEY. This is not my first incident but my second where they have been just for the money which is when I decided not to go there every again. If you have had good a experince you didnt ask questions because that is when they became rude they were great up until that point,so I guess just dont ask where hundreds of YOUR DOLLARS WENT.

Purchased a guinea pig from here. 2 days later her eye was basically swollen shut she was sneezing & had heavy breathing. I called the vet which said her symptoms sound like an upper respiratory infection (which is deadly in guinea pigs). Returned her to PetSmart due to them claiming they would get her checked out at the hospital attached to the store. Called a few days later to check up on her... they NEVER TOOK HER TO THE HOSPITAL & PLACED HER BACK ON THE FLOOR TO BE RESOLD! Apparently the sales associates ( whom have zero degrees or experience with sick animals ) just quickly look over animals & if no serious physical problems place them back to be sold! These animals live in cages filled with poop, water bottles not high enough for them to drink, & are not receiving medical attention. My heart goes out to these poor animals!

Customer service here is horrible. I went in to adopt a cat. The lady looked at me as if she didnt understand why I needed her help and she acted awkwardly. After getting the cat I came in a week later to buy toys and I tried to make small talk with the same lady and to also let her know how things were going. All she did was say "ok" and kept walking. They never ask if you need help looking for things. Customer service is just horrible. Wont be returning here again.

I was in the neighborhood and stopped to get fish. I normally go to the one in Rockville but I figured it would be okay. Biggest mistake. Their fish had disease and killed my fish of 5 years. All four died. They admitted that their vendor gave them diseased fish and that couldve been the cause. No remorse or attempt to make up for it. The place smells bad when you walk in. I shouldve trusted my instinct.

Everything is okay at this location except for the grooming. They clipped my dogs nails too short. Although he bleed badly, they were not going to tell me until he began to projectile bleed again on the floor as I picked him up. They are dishonest and Ill never go back there for grooming services.
