The overall store is clean and well stocked. Dislike the idea of a roaming obedience class sales person. Very intrusive. But the worst is the grooming. We have taken our dogs there twice in the last 4 months since our regular independent groomer took ill. We pay nearly twice as much and the results are horrible. $7 extra for conditioner. Really? One dog now looks like a Civil War officer with huge mutton chop sideburns and no chin. The other has chunks of hair scissors cut from the top of her head so it parts in the middle making her look so strange. Ive had to snip missed chunks of hair to even out the cuts on both dogs. The sanitary region trim was shaved too extensively half way down each back leg and there are puffs of hair that were missed - looks like they had surgery. Really the worst grooming ever.

Run and Play

Its a big-box pet supply store, with all that implies, good and bad. I love the pricing they have on nail clips for dogs - but the key is the length of the wait. If they can take the dogs right away, its the best deal in town. If not, then the hassle factor goes up. As usual, the level of knowledge among staff members varies wildly, and so does their commitment to good customer service. Sometimes its a great experience, sometimes not so much. Those discount prices come at a price. But, good hours, great parking, big selection - thats all pretty nice.

I used to bring my dog to get groomed. I never had an issue with appointments. However it seems like the quality of staff in the groomers section has gone down. Because I moved I wanted to keep my dog with her same groomer. So I would drive about an hour and a half to get her appointments. Well the last couple of times that I have been in the appointment books for an appointment they erase my name and move me out another week without any sort of notice. I wouldnt suggest this location if you are a busy professional who values their time.

the store itself if nice and clean ... staff is very friendly .... now ... the groomers ... took my 5 mo old puppy to get his first haircut since the weather has been so hot and now there is a cut on his neck, under his chin where the collar/leash thingy was on him to keep him in place while on the table. i came back while they were giving him his cut and noticed it seemed too high for him and being our first time i assumed it kept them in place better. but now my honey has this big scab on his neck :(

I bought my first frog here a few days ago. Hes a pacman, and hes absolutely adorable. The guy that helped me decide to pick him out was really nice, his name is Justin. We just talked and talked about our reptiles that we had owned until I was able to get the money for the frog from my mom. Overall this place has great pets and supplies. Only thing I dont like is the fact that they had a lot of enclosures on reserve and there werent a lot of animals out.

Brought my little Lady here at a last minute from the onsite vet inside PetSmart for grooming and they were more than happy to take her in and get her washed, trimmed and leave her beautiful. Clean place, great price and great customer service. Monique was very sweet and helpful and Lady seemed happy. THATS WHAT MATTERS. Thanks PetSmart defenitely coming back

Service here is wildly erratic. Often times you go into the store and there is one person working the register, a huge line, and nobody else to be found. I once had an employee go above and beyond to help me out. Seems that was an exception to the rule at this location, and if you request manager assistance the manager wont even come to the register.

I took my mini labradoodle here for her first haircut. The staff was very professional and efficient. They estimated that she would take 3-4 hours and it took 3:15. Lexia, the groomer, handled my dog very well and even told me how calm my dog was during the whole process.
