I am a regular customer at Petsmart,I usually go there 1-2 times weekly to purchase supplies and even more fish to add to my vast collection. I have purchased all of my animals there except my two red-eared sliders. I have 2 male betta fish,2 zebra danios,1 fire-bellied toad,4 red-gold tuxedo guppies,1 neon tetra,1 dwarf gourami,1 spotted African leaf frog, a colored male guppy,3 hermit crabs and 2 dalmation mollies. I love the service and everybody is so nice there.Their crickets die very fast and Petsmart recently increased the price of each cricket by two cents now its .14, thats absurd! Many of the mollies and assorted sharks and cichlids have ich when i introduce them to my established tank or when i cycle my new tank for a couple of weeks then add them. I like the variety of decorations and plants,especially the small colorful plastic plant for only a dollar,I always stock up on those! I believe they should have more sales on their smaller tanks under 10 gallons and have cheaper decorations because the quality of the decorations do not match the price.Their new line of tanks by National Geographic look like they are quality but some are not. I have purchased two aqua oasis 2.5 gallon tanks on sale for $17.99 with the 3-d background. I enjoyed it the first couple of days but after that i noticed that the bottom of the tank would always be wet and form a small puddle on my stand. I decided it was not worth fixing it and i decided to exhange it for a National Geographic betta half-moon 1.2 gallon aquarium that was on sale for $12.49. i now have two of those tanks housing my betta fish and a couple of zebra danios and a guppy. They both really enjoy it because it has a great filter and led lights. The only problem with the national geographic betta half-moon 1.2 gal. aquarium is that the filter has a very strong current. It filters the small tank very well,but sometimes my cream-coloured male betta becomes distressed when it tries to swim under it. He is fine now because i fill the water over the max. line and that makes the current more bearable for him. Yesterday i purchased a 1 gallon bettascene aquarium that was on sale for only $6.79 for my navy blue male betta Aiko,because he was housed in the National Geographic betta aqua oasis 2.5 gallon that was leaking until yesterday. He seems to be really enjoying the new tank even though it is a down-size. I really like how the petsmart workers help you through your visit and give you important information that you need to take care of your pets. I have 10+ aquariums ranging in size from 1 gal.-20 gal. I always go to Petsmart every week to look at new shipments that they have and purchase things that are on sale using my PetPerks card with my money that I save. Im female and 13 and hopefully I will get to work at Petsmart when I am older.

OMMMMMMGGGGG, dont let Jessica groom your pet!!!!! I took my 4.5 lbs full-bred Yorkie, Valentine, to the Grooming Salon at 9 a.m yesterday. They called around 12:45 p.m., and I picked her up at 1:00 p.m. At first, Valentine seemed fine, but in the car ride home, I noticed her eyes were squinty. I thought to myself, “Hmmmm . . . this is unusual.” But then I thought she was extremely sleepy because of the long day. I let her take a 30 minute nap, and checked her eyes when she awakened. At this point, her eyes were even more squinty, and her right eye was shut. I freaked out, and called the Salon immediately. I asked if the groomer got shampoo in Valentine’s eyes or whether anything happened. The associate said “no,” and asked for me to return. I brought Valentine back, and the associates flushed her eyes with some eye rinse, and said nothing was wrong. I know my dog, and was bothered by this “cover-up.” I asked for a bottle of eye rinse, and returned home. Valentine took a 3 hour nap, and awakened at 7 p.m. Her eyes were worse, so I recalled the salon. I spoke with the store manager and he told me that I would take her to the vet at 8 a.m. He said that was fine, and said they would take care of the bill if I went to a Banfield’s. I did just that. After several tests, Valentine’s eye pressure was normal, and there was no infection. However, she was found to have ulcers in both eyes. I immediately broke down crying because she was just getting over the pain from a spay surgery weeks before, as well as an ear infection that occurred seven days before. The vet gave me a topical eye cream and showed me how to apply it to Valentine’s eyes. I explained that I was a single mother, and it was extremely hard for me to do this alone. The vet suggested that I put an E-Collar on Valentine, and indicated that I had to put the cream in her eyes at least 3-4 times a day. I again teared up, and completely broke down in the car. Fortunately, the manager, Rodney, took care of the bill and refunded me $47.00 from the grooming session. All of this literally just happened a few hours ago. I am so distraught and feel so alone with this happening. I have to return back to the vet in 3 days. I will never take my Valentine to that salon ever again!!!!!

I luv their groomers..i went to Petco in forestville an they butchered my 3 pound yorkie..but oxin hill Petsmart fixed her up for me..thanks Cee-Cee pebbles looked great..never take your dog to Petco for grooming please..ONLY PETSMART IS DA BEST!!

I walked in this store and security followed me and I did nothing to warrant this I went in to check on a price for a outfit for my dog. I always shop here and this through me off I am upset about this.

The lady who booked my appointment over the phone was friendly AT ALL. However Ce-Ce did a great job with my baby. My pup got a hair cut and bath and when I picked him up he looked great!

They mess up yoir dogs,cut then leave without xalling you to tell you your dog is through and when you get there they have gone. And nobody knows what happened terrible customer service

I go into this store on a regular basis for fish supplies. Anytime I need answer for fish questions, Amy has been so helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Theyve got it all- for any kind of pet you might have......plenty of parking, next to Home Depot....with good hours. Check for sales items.
