It is crazy to think that such a successful company would let their store be ran in such a way. I visited the store on a Monday between 7 and 8 PM. I went in looking for a pair of shorts that I saw a few months back. I walked around 3 times the entire store, even on the womens section. I walked the entire store 3 times. There were about 25 plus employees working at that time. Not once was I approached by a single employee either to greet or to offer their assistance. I was blown away by the large amount of employees that they had on the floor, some of which were not doing anything. I saw a couple of guys just chatting with each other, some standing around, and others just browsing the store killing time. I went into the Under Armour store next door before and after my visit to the NIke store, I was greeted and offered assistance within 2 minutes of being there, both times. They only had about 5 employees on the floor. I was quickly informed that the shorts I was looking for are no longer being carried and I can find them in their outlet store. I didnt have to look around like a fool and I was treated like as a valued customer.

Not as big of a store as I had expected. I was looking for a competitive swimsuit and had found one on the Nike online store. I decided to see if the Nike store had them available. I got there and they did not have any swimwear for women, men, or children. I understand that it is December, but I thought they would still carry a rack at least. I thought the selection of other items limited as well. The store is organized and would be a nice place to shop if you need workout pants. Ill just buy online next time!

My experience was over the phone All the sizes of the NIke Metcon TR 1 were sold out across the US website and all, this store just happen to have a couple sizes left. Called placed my order and they were at my doorstep the next morning by 8 am! the freight guy chris went above and beyond the call of duty to help get my order sent out on time!!!

This nike store is great! It is located on the second floor on the west side of MOA. They have a huge selection of pretty much all Nike products. The staff are incredibly helpful. I have also had very good customer service when it comes to exchanges. Some of their shoes are pretty expensive, but I love my Nikes!

I recently visited Nike at the MOA because my Plantar Fasciitis came back. I had been struggling to find the right tennis shoe to wear with my orthotics. Matt and Hilma were extremely knowledgeable and directed me to the correct shoe type.

Nike at MOA Is so legit! Always have the newest shoes and the convenience of using the make your own shoe stand is pretty cool too.
