Called here to order a rain coat for my wife that was out of stock at all stores and online. I guess the stores send everything here since its an outlet. They had it and the phone rep (Kira) was very helpful and had it shipped right to me. There was a personalized letter from Jenny thanking me for my purchase. Awesome!

Not a good lulu outlet store at all. They prices and selection arent even comparable to two other outlets Ive been to. $10 off standard price is not a discount. I was getting 47% off most items at the other outlets Ive been to.
