Horrible. I have been on the phone all morning trying to get a refund for a pair of shoes that ripped entirely down the sole of the shoe. They will not use a credit card receipt as proof of purchase, and the store manager, Mike, has refused to look up the receipt in their system. Apparently, 32 days on a pair of shoes is more than I should expect from the quality of shoe sold in this store even though I paid $65 before tax. Nobody offered a solution to me except to say that it is MY FAULT for wear and tear. Really???? The shoes are fine except for the obvious lack of quality that caused the rip. I am not a wealthy person, and it is a sacrifice to purchase back to school shoes for my son only to find that this store will not stand behind their products. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
