Ive never been to a bad Sheels, but this one really stands out. Everyone is super friendly and they awesome sales and selection. I got a $200 winter coat marked down to $27 and wore it all through the winter last year. Even if I had paid full price, I would have been happy with the quality. Its still in perfect shape and I plan on wearing it again this year.

I was out looking for a precor treadmill and as I was shopping I saw a manager come up and yell at an employee in front of everyone. It really offended me that he was basically trying to embarrass the poor kid. I dont care if its an isolated incident or not; I took my business elsewhere.

Get the drink of the week upstairs! Starbucks. Snag a sample of amazing fudge while youre at it. The prices of everything else in the store are expensive. Hit and miss with the employees. Some are all about customer service and some make me smile with how terrible they are.

Phenomenal service! You wont be able to leave or enter this location without a warm and friendly greeting. Everything is well organized and stocked neatly. The prices are a little high, but so is the quality. You get what you payed for.

Thank you to the manager that helped me when my first choice of golf clubs failed. She spent alot of time to make sure I was fit for the correct club. Ill continue to shop Scheels because of customer service like this.

The staff is helpful and very understanding. Spend a lot of time in the archery department and got a new bow they put it together quick and help set the sight. Good quality and product availability. Mankato,MN store.

Great place to window shop but good luck finding an employee to help you. The last dozen times Ive stopped in, there is never an employee anywhere in sight. I dont like having to hunt down somebody to help me.

I love this store. It has every sporting good imaginable. The new NASCAR simulater is very realistic. Some things may be over priced, but it is worth it! Great Store overall.
