Customer service in retail stores is typically average at best but today an employee named Cheryl went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pants! She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A warm smile and spirit of service is too often uncommon these days but Cheryl stood out with her great attitude:) Thank you for hiring such a great person. She is an asset to your company!

Friendly employees, usually good stock but sometimes not the discount youd expect for an outlet mall. Still, for a store in an outlet mall that seems to be one giant shoe store, its on my list to see every visit.
