They didnt have the size of the shoes I wanted. They send me to another store at Baybrook were they said they had it. When i get to Baybrook they said they didnt have the shoe. I was so upset because he said he called and asked them to hold them for me. In which he lied they told me the didnt receive no message. I didnt believe the people in Baybrook so I called back to Gulfgate Footlocker and the guy who helped me said it was a mistake and all he can do was hang up on me. I dont know if hes racist or what because every time i go to do store he gives the Mexicans bad service. By the way hes a black male. All i can say if you dpnt like your job why you working there. But i knpw to never ask him for help everytime i go.

Some of the staff werent very helpful. I asked about a certain shoe thr answer was very direct with additional suggestions on possibly finding the shoe I was looking for. It wasnt until after I left the store that I thought about them looking up the item. I returned minutes later to ask them to check out the stores and was greeted by hesitation. After they checked the other stores and determined no other store had the shoe in stock stores phone rangthe associate answered it and walked off. This was ironic to me because I tried calling the same store before I returned to the store and no one answered the phone.

Went to replace my Shoe Inserts my size was all Out of Stock! Told to come within a Week or Call Store before coming. Called Store at 990 Gulfgate Center Phone Rings Rings Until Someone Picks Up and Hangs back up. Poor Customers Service. What if this was a Corporate office Call or Emergency Call? Someone isnt thinking when letting those Phone Lines Ring and hanging it back up in our time of Days very Poor Skills. Im not going to make another blank trip for a empty Shelf.

I just had some fly Military green base pro model shell toe kicks shipped there and dudes were alright with me...seemed cordial enough...did their job and what not...it wasnt anything extracurricular but you know nowadays; we should be pleased if people do their job cos mad people dont...as a matter of fact, dukes who went and grabbed my kicks from the back made an attempt to patch up my box that shipping slung around...dope! Much appreciated kid!

Never go to this store. The service was terrible. I asked for a sz 13 in lunarglide+4. The employee told me they had one pair left in sz 13. Another customer asked for the same shoe in a 12 after me. The employee gives my sz 13 to the other guy who ends up liking the fit. And I dont even get a chance to try the shoes on because they ran out of my sz. All I got was an "Im Sorry". If you feel like wasting time, go to this store.
