Por el mal trato que me dieron ya que por no hablar inglés o ser latina no quisieron vender 4 pares de tenis k yo quería me sentí muy discriminada ya que a otra persona si les vendieron lo k ellos querían y a mi no , y llevaron lo mismo saco de personas sin argumentos válidos!!!

Went and found a pair of shorts for my boyfriend and one size had a $29.99 price and the size I wanted had $39.99. I asked of they would give me the ones I wanted for $39.99 and was told no because they rang up for that price and they were just tagged wrong. They still wouldnt honor the price on and then tried to make it seem like it was my fault when it was their fault and didnt want to own up to it.... NEVER GOING BACK. It was a $10 difference and would have made for a happy customer but instead, they acted like they did nothing wrong and wouldnt honor the price. Such BS.

Manager wouldnt adhere to Nike policy of returning a shoe for any reason within 30 days. Rude and not helpful. My sons $100 pair of shoes are clearly defective. Called Nike customer service when I waked out of the store and they confirmed the store should have made the return. They took care of us when the lazy manager at the store didnt want to.

Do not try and call to locate the particular shoes you have been searching for all over the place... They will not look up and be helpful!!!!! Would drive to Cypress, TX to the factory store before ever going to the clearance store in Conroe (which is around the corner from my house)

This place renew their offers every weekend, and sometimes they are HUGES!, like 40% off of tagged price... shoes from $28. You might not find new models, but still, it is a good price and they have a lot of options. I suggest going on holydays, best discounts on those weekends

Good prices, the selection is spotty though but thats to be expected. If you have a specific shoe in mind, this wouldnt be the best place to try to find it but if you want a good shoe at a great price, this is the place. The rest of the outlet mall is nearly deserted.

Nike gear at low clearance prices. Whats not to love?! Staff is always helpful. It can get really crowded on the weekends so if you can try and go during the week day on your lunch break or in the evening.
