I went in there looking for a new shoe. I knew which one I wanted and was looking for the right size. The lady working there went inside and came out with the shoes. I tried them on and they were a good fit etc. I noticed that the shoe wasnt brand new. It looked worn to say the least. I examined it closely and there was even dirt on the underside of the shoe. Some areas were worn, scratched etc. I turned to the same lady and told her that this shoe seems like it was worn by someone and then returned. She just looked at me expressionless and said "oh but thats the only shoe for that size". I was baffled. Would Puma really expect me to pay FULL price for a shoe someone else wore and returned? I asked her and she just shrugged her shoulders. She didnt apologize, she didnt say its available in other colours. She just didnt care. Her supervisor just looked on as if this is normal in their store. The shoes were priced at $110.00! Most places will tell you where you can buy a new pair. Most places would NOT sell a used shoe to their customers. The fact that she wasnt phased by it at all meant that she knew this shoe was worn and not brand new. It also means that the level of customer service has gone down the drain. My last 7 pairs of shoes were pumas. But frankly I will look for another brand, another store where they dont give me returns and try to pass it as brand new!

The service was one of the worst i ever face in any store. The guy there ignored me for i dont know what reasons if my question was about the shoe size if available or not, and customers came after me, he helped them and they checked out and when i ask him if he find out my size, he replied to me with attitude to tell me to go ask another worker in store. I reported him to the manager and seems even the manager have no control on him because he keep answering and interrupting me while im talking to his manager, and i will not stop here only, but i will really report that to Puma company it self. My name is Abduladel Abdulrazzak, The Texas Men Physique Champion of 2016. So i guess i really deserve better service and all customers should be treated equal, and the only reason to say who am i, is because i want to show you that i was not there to waist the store time and ask and leave.. i was there to buy, and either i will buy or not, service still was not accepted at all.

I have always bought puma clothing and shoes even before they opened the store here in Houston and I have always been happy with the service, but yesterday was a whole other thing. I went to the store looking to buy new shoes (I had just bought shoes less than a month ago). I must have been looking around for some help for at least 10 minutes and none of the 5 salespeople working bothered to assist me so I left to pick up some clothes from another store and decided to see if any workers wanted to help me this time. I waited for 5 minutes and still no assistance. They were more than happy to assist other customers right as they walked into the store but it seems that I wasnt good enough. Looks like I will be buying shoes from somewhere else from now on....

Worse experience ever waited 20 min for service. By the time I got help the store was closed even though employees walked by numerous times acting as if they didnt see me ,especially a particular employee whose name might be billy. It seems he only helps who he chooses. only when I had to go he then decided to ask me if I need help & when I said he took to long Im running late he started laughing. This was really upsetting to me.I will be getting in contact with corporate, this treatment is inexcusable.
