I walked into the store hoping to find a nice pair of sneakers for school. Instead the lady asked me my shoe size and I told her I was a 8 and a half. She said, " We have been very busy this week. So, these are the only pair we have in your size." Then she came out with the UGLlEST pair of shoes Id ever seen in my whole life :( I walked out of the store with a pair of mens boots in the size 9%. Dont go to the mall on Christmas Eve!

Very helpful staff. I will say, in response to all the bad reviews... This is an extremely busy Shoes store for the Tyler area, every time I see this place they are always completely slammed with people... Someone standing there with cash-in-hand takes precedence over a ringing phone.
