I went here earlier today to sell my cameras, and was actually quite satisfied with the price I was offered and how smoothly everything went. The 2 men helping me were very knowledgeable about the cameras and understanding about me wanting to sell them. After waiting patiently for about 45 minutes, just as I was about to sign the form, after all the negotiating was finished, another guy came up to me, grabbed the form from me, and said "Im not going to do it. I changed my mind." and requested proof of ownership, or some kind of receipts. I was in shock, and completely offended! WHY put me through that entire process just to turn me down?? He then told one of the workers to tell me to "Put it on a certain setting" to see if I knew how to work the camera. OFCOURSE I know how to work it! I used it every single day for months! It was entirely unprofessional, and if any of them were skeptical about my merchandise they should have let me known before negotiating, taking down my information, and PRINTING out FORMS with MY INFO on it for me to sign! WHY turn me down LAST MINUTE? It makes no sense to me, and Im shocked that theyve been there for 35 YEARS with that kind of business. I strongly suggest going somewhere else, with more polite and understanding employees!

The woman who "evaluates" jewelry at this place will try to rip you off! I brought my ring in and she said the stone was simulated, not real! Unknown to her, i have paperwork from an appraiser it is worth $1800! She said it was worth $25! I laughed and didnt even want to try and convicer her or give her my business. I turned around and walked out. I have only been here 1 other time and same thing. That time i stood my ground and walked out with $250 after she tried to say it was not worth buying becauae the watch needed work. It did and i broke down all the cost of repair and added what they needed to profit out of it and still got my $250! Shes not a very honest business woman and i will never go there again. Dont waste your time here, fake and phoney owners!

I stopped in to get a watch battery since mine was giving me the signal it was about to die. Obviously these guys are not jewellers and had the audacity to tell me my watch was broken after he jabbed at it several times. It was working and scratch free when I walked in and now this idiot tells me its broken and hes made scratches on the back cover since he doesnt have the proper spanner to unscrew the back. I went to the shop on Post Alley, they showed me what he had done and that I needed to get it fixed. A $10 battery has become a $100 repair.

Surprised to find this really nice 40yr old Jewelry store and Boutique style Pawn Shop in downtown San Jose. I bought my wife a Louis Vuitton handbag that she had been wanting for a while, I couldnt believe how nice the bag selection was. And the jewelry, wow! Same 1ct diamond ring at the mall for 13K was here for $2300 so Yeah, I bought it!! Super cool crew of people working there. I like it and Im going back for a watch next month!

When we were there. The service was terrible and the workers seemed very rude about the items we had there false advertise meant on the web site. they said they would take certain items and would not accept them. I had gold to sell whiched d they check for it to be real but there were charms on it but they were to lazy to take it off, which would be an easy thing to do.
