Fred Meyer is a good store with great deals, but most of their staff are stressed out! I cannot explain how number of times I got treated badly by their cashiers or customer service staff. I returned an item once, and I spent almost 30mins queuing up! One particular Fred Meyer employee working at the electronic section has the worst attitude ever. He is a tall lanky guy. You will see him most of the week. I hate browsing at the electronic section because of HIM. He is very snobbish! When you talk to him or ask him any question, he never fails to answer you with sarcastic remarks. I will try my best not to visit this store located at 148th in Bellevue. I rather drive all the way to Redmond store and get better service there.

We frequent the store, and some people are right, the staff is definitely overworked during their shifts. Lines are long, while some cash registeres are closed. Not enough help on tne floor. But people who do work there are mostly friendly and are always very helpful. Good, firendly, knowlegeable crew. I agree, store employees could have more help and as many customers that store sees, they need to hire more people.

Dont go there for jewelry repair!!!!!! I needed a stone placement into my new setting and was told to pay $345 for this very simple job. The sale woman with a Russian accent was very unfriendly and talked to the onsite jeweler in Russian. I took my rings to Kay Jewelers instead and was charged $40!!!!!!!!! What a disgusting rip off that would have been by Fred Meyers Jewelry!!!!!! Please take your jewelry elsewhere!

The grocery store has a huge selection for almost any taste or budget. I can wander for hours. The only complaint is the lines can be long. I appreciated the fact that the produce was fresh. I would easily shop here if I had a family. The cost of clothing seems high for the materials. But do hang around and look for big sale racks. They offered impressive discounts. The jewelry is really vast and impressive.
