I highly recommend Getty Jewelers, as they excel in both quality work and gracious customer service. The true test of excellent customer service is not when everything goes right, but when something goes wrong. Though the situation was less than ideal for both sides, the couple who owns & runs Getty were accommodating and gracious throughout the ordeal. That alone earns a solid 5 star rating from me! But also the quality of work is great. This shop will definitely be my go-to Jewelry shop from now on!!

The work they do is as they promise it. Im giving them one star because every time I come they raise the price for the same service and I have to remind them that a week or two ago they charged me something different. Today I tried to leave my third watch for battery exchange and I had a 30% increase because the watch "had an extra screw". The lady has done the same with my ring resizing. I liked their work and convenience but I am tired of that price-raising attitude.

Unbelievably great customer service and quality work. My wife and I decided to upgrade the diamonds in her ring and they did such an excellent job! I will now only go to Getty! Absolutely the best prices and super nice people too!

I was waiting outside of this jeweler for 20 minutes this morning after the published 10 am opening time. After taking time off of work to be there, I was very disappointed to find an empty, dark store. Very unprofessional
