Every individual on the team at MCJ is extremely warm, competent, professional, and has a solid history in the fine jewelry business. I now live far away but will come back to them across state lines for all of my watch and fine jewelry purchasing, repair, and design needs. The review about Mill Creek Jewelers losing a diamond and scratching a watch is a false accusation and these people have never even been in our store. We have been in business over twenty years and rely on our reputation, our customer service and take much pride in this. Jerry provides the best customer service I have ever experienced from a jeweler. The pieces he carries are so unique and special--I couldnt imagine a more beautiful or "me" engagement ring if I had drawn it myself. He also takes the time to get to know you (he knew my fiance and me by name after one visit), and when he gives you his guarantee, he means it. I am so happy my fiance went to Mill Creek jewelers !

I had Mill Creek Jewelers repair a diamond ring setting. Not long after they did the repair, the diamond fell out and was lost. They did absolitely nothing to rectify the situation. Their poor workmanship cost me $10,000. They also scratched up a $400 watch trying to replace a battery. Stay away from them!
