Wouldnt let us return a necklace because it didnt have the original chain, which they had kept when we bought it cause we bought a different chain. Wouldnt even consider a partial refund. This is very frustrating because we upgraded the chain because the one it came with was cheap. This is either a sneaky practice or they wouldnt be accommodating after an employee pulled one over on us. Either way I will not be shopping at any FMJ again.
