My experience with EraGem was wonderful from start to finish. I sent EraGem an e-mail telling them that I would be in the Seattle area and would be stopping by. They were quick to respond and encouraged me to make a Wishlist so that they could set aside rings for me that they had in their show room. I brought my Grandmother with me (who brought an heirloom ring with her) and they kindly told her more about the rings value and condition, polished it for her (at no charge), and encouraged her that it was safe to wear. That meant a lot to her! As for me, Ive been married for five years and have taken my time trying to find a vintage ring that I wanted to wear as my wedding ring. (Im indecisive, but patient!) I would occasionally look online at rings and EraGem kept popping up with styles that I liked. I noticed EraGem a few years ago, but still hadnt narrowed anything down- Sapphire? Ruby? and continued searching. Anyway, since I was visiting family in Seattle, I took a chance to visit and ended up finding a ring I loved. It arrived resized and in high quality packaging/ring box and Im still excited about it now that Im wearing it. I will say that if you do not have a chance to visit the showroom and try things on in person, dont worry! Everything is beautiful- trust me, I tried on all of their sapphire rings. I would say their photos accurately capture their jewelry. Thanks EraGem!

I ordered my ring from Era Gem without the craziest of expectations. Kind of like when you explore a new restaurant and arent sure what to expect. It could be the most pleasant meal of your life, or it could be nightmare inducing, stomach clenching, bowel turmoil. This was thankfully the former. Michael was incredibly sincere and easy to work with. I had immediately asked if there were any discounts on a particular ring because I work at a dealership and assume everything is negotiable. He was kind about it, which is good, it was kind of ridiculous of me to even ask for right off the bat. His discount actually put the ring into a range in which I could afford it for my Fiance. While he probably wont read this or know, it was because of him I was able to propose with the perfect ring. It wasnt the most spectacular ring on the list of rings, but it was spectacular to me and I knew she would love it. I would recommend at the very least looking through his repertoire of rings at least once if youre planning on giving your loved one a very unique and very well priced ring. Ill add too that before finding Era Gem we were perusing several large ring retailers, and the markups and prices there were ridiculous. Thanks Michael, would shop again.

Two steps: Go to Eragem and be 100% satisfied. After months of frustration and research, I was struggling to find "the ring" for my bride to be. Eventually, I reluctantly decided to stop being a guy and just go to the source, asking her what she wanted. She showed me several rings that were linked to Eragems website. Her tastes were along the lines of vintage and estate engagement rings. We paid Eragem a visit and we were blown away at the level of customer service, zero pushiness, and just all around incredible display of knowledge, patience, and humanity. Good luck finding that at the usual suspects of jewelry stores or the mall. Not only did they help my bride to be easily find the ring for her, but the entire process was without pressure, or stress, especially when the subjects of time and money came up. There is no way that this process could have been any easier. Maslow is our guy at Eragem! Since becoming engaged earlier this year, we have picked a date to be married, so we will be needing some wedding bands. Eragem is our first and only stop. For our tastes and high expectations, nobody does it better, and we hope to continue our relationship with them for many years to come.

Had a wonderful experience shopping and purchasing an engagement ring from EraGem recently. I was looking for a vintage sapphire engagement ring and there were many to choose from on their site. I found a beautiful ring within my budget and ordered. Within an hour I received a call from Michaels team to arrange a date for the ring to be delivered -- a very nice touch for something as important as this. When I received the ring and proposed to my now fiance, it fit pretty well but needed a slight adjustment. I spoke to Michael and his team and they were happy to help. I received a prepaid shipping label, sent the ring back, and had the ring back in hand within a few days time, just before an important holiday weekend with our family when my fiance would undoubtedly be asked to show the ring. The adjustment was perfect and done free of charge. Michael and his team worked with me throughout the entire process to make everything go smoothly from purchase, to delivery, to sizing. I will certainly keep them in mind for any jewelry needs I have in the future and I recommend EraGem to anyone in the market for exceptional jewelry from an exceptional business.

We give EraGem 5-stars on quality, customer service, expertise, and follow-through. This is truly an old school shop with new school technology and accessibility. We were originally very hesitant to purchase fine jewelry over the internet, but after getting acquainted with Mr. Mark Magnotti, one of the owners of the family business, we felt comfortable moving forward. We cannot begin to say enough about Mark and EraGem. Every step of the process was tip-top and we are literally thrilled with the results. The piece was exactly as described on the EraGem website and Marks custom made video. Mark was very expert to walk us through comparisons of our selected piece versus other comparable pieces in the shop, and responded to our questions and concerns with excellent response times and follow-through. We will definitely be purchasing with Mark and EraGem for many years to come, and feel so confident that our experience will translate that we are recommending to all our family and friends. heres the thing: no man can survive the disdain of his significant others girlfriends. keep this in mind when you purchase the ring! and heres the other thing: the ring i acquired from maslow and the folks over at eragem got all sorts of accolades from my girls girls (in addition to stunning my girl as well). all of this adds up to the ring (and therefore myself) being a stellar hit across the board. let me add a few more details to help inform your purchase. eragem prices their inventory to move...but do not confuse this with cheap. our ring appraised for nearly a thousand dollars more than what i paid. and i have more to add to this story. the ring i purchased was from the 20s. the bands are a bit thin and sure enough three months later the lower middle portion of the band split. fear not! maslow was on the case and the thing was repaired and strengthened in 1.5 weeks and at no cost to me. he even thanked me for bringing it back the eragem to be fixed! what? he thanked me? come on now, if you dont purchase your ring from these guys youre really only cheating yourself.
