My wife wamted to have her mothers wedding band repaired. The ring was missing a diamond and needed work on the mounts as well as the band. She shopped aound before making her choice with Kay Jewelers; thinking it would be good to stick with a big name. Kay Jewelers gave my wife the run around for about three month, twice they returned the ring to the store telling her the ring would require more work and more money. They finally said that the repair company would not touch the ring and they returned it to the store. We were in the area of Aaron Lelah Jewelers and I recalled that they repaired my wifes rope chain when I was buying a cross for the necklace. We stopped in to see if they could do the work. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They made us feel very welcome. They were able to repair the ring in three days (not months). We were very pleased with the service and customer support. My mother-in-law is very greatful for the work they did on her wedding band. On both of my visits to the store I was always treated very good; they did not judge me by appearance (as I had experienced with a previous visit to M.J. Christiansens in Boca Plaza). I would highly recommend Aaron Lelah Jewelers.

I was in the market to replace a stone in my ring and had a price in mind and have sold jewelry in the past for 4 years and let them know upfront what I was interested in. Salesperson said I should not care for such a small stone ?? WOW and owner came out and told me to shop somewhere else where I was quoted a previous price. Myself and my wife were astonished and were actually looking at this as well as some cleaning, diamond studs and were ready to spend a couple of thousand. Staff and owner were highly rude and did not even want to show us anything they have. DO NOT judge a book Aaron, I work as a Jewelry reveiwer now and worst customer service myself and my wife have ever had ( PERIOD ). I believe this is because they are overpriced and did not want to deal with someone that knew what they wanted to find in a stone. Buyer beware - Do your homework first and be careful of this store front....

Aaron has been amazing since day one with my family. Not only did my husband find a unique and amazing engagement ring and wedding band for me, but I get lifetime sizing and cleaning. The price was reasonable (so Im told by my hunny) and they know us by name when we walk in despite the seldom visits. We now live in Phoenix and we only buy from Aaron via email and online. This is our lifetime jeweler. He also cleaned and polished my parents very old and mostly gold with tiny diamond wedding bands and my parents were thrilled. Everything we have purchased has been high quality and the service is incredible!

I called Aaron Lelah Jewelers about getting a ring buffed and polished, and setting the diamond. The person who answered the phone went and asked the jeweler the cost for those services. The employee came back to the phone and said "He doesnt want to do it" When I asked why he said "He doesnt want to break it" What good is jeweler if he cant polish a ring and set a diamond? The kid who answered the phone was nice, but as far as the jeweler - what a joke

Aaron Lelah is truly amazing!!! The whole team is extremely helpful and friendly. They are honest and make you feel like you are family! Aaron worked with my husband and I to customize a new wedding ring for my husband and not only did he listen to what we wanted, he also guided us to make a ring that is breathe taking!
