If I could pick zero I would !!! Bonnie was EXTREMELY I MEAN EXTREMELY RUDE!!! she profiled my daughter and I as if we were homeless and treated us as if we were a nuisance!!! SHAME ON HER FOR TREATING US LIKE THAT. My grandson is looking to buy a engagement ring in the 4000$ range , and all I wanted was a back for my earring not her two sense on how my earrings my grandma gave me were fake and not worthy of being cleaned!! She stated she wasnt a jeweler she cant clean them but she can say that my grandma whos been deceased for 32 years who was my favorite person in the world gave me fake gold fake diamond earrings. THANKS BONNIE then charged me $5.41 for a push back backing (thats not real gold to match my fake earrings) AS SHE BASICALLY SAID .... SMH
