We went here to browse around and look at some ring options. The two men who were in the store, I believe the one we were dealing with most was named Ricky, were extremely condescending and rude. I wanted to get a moissanite ring because having a diamond was not important to me, and instead they pretty much told me that my choice was a horrible one and that they would just give us cubic zirconia for free if "we were worried about price". He then turned to my boyfriend and assumed we needed financing plans for the cubic zirconia option and talked to us both like we didnt have the money for a ring, which was not the case. Never shop here for a ring unless you want to get your wants ignored, they only want to push their "only buy a diamond" agendas and if you dont want a diamond they will try to bully you into buying one

Morgan Jewelers in the Gateway mall is an exceptional place to shop. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. Jamie Pearl Basinger is amazing! She encouraged me to browse and try things on. She made me feel really special. I ended up buying a ring and have 2 previous owned rings resized. She even caught that I had a loose diamond. All these repairs were made for a reasonable price. 2 of the rings arrived to me the exact day they said since I live out of state and they mailed them to me. The other ring was not with them. Jamie was all over it on her way home she made phone calls to obtain the tracking number. Jamie has followed up with me serial times since my visit to Morgan Jewelers to make sure everything is perfect. I will definitely go back to them for all my jewelry WANTS! ~Candy

THIS young lady will do everything in her power to make sure that your treasure is absolutely perfect. She helped create a gorgeous womens custom wedding set with with someone on the other side of the country!! Done completely through phone calls and the internet. Who would have known that was even possible...?! It was amazing!! Shes one of the only "reps" I have ever seen that truly cares about her clients complete and total satisfaction.

With an in-house account, a guy like me, working at the mall, I got my girlfriend an epic promise ring with three rows of diamonds, and was Rose Gold, her favorite! I tell everyone where I got it from, and that it was a $1,400 ring... But I didnt pay that much for it, thanks to their staff! Great options, and the financing option is more than generous.

Had the worst value and selection of all the places I looked at for engagement rings. I felt like I had to repeat myself several times because Ricky and company kept trying to sell me things I didnt want. He also felt the need to slander other jewelers. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
