If you live out of the area, do not bother purchasing from Morgan Jewelers. They will not accommodate helping you out with anything unless you can pick it up in store. I was told that they had to get approval to ship items because it costs them $45.. Very inexpensive for a jewelry store if you ask me. After getting approval to ship my ring to us, I asked if the ring could be sent to a work address because everyone in my household works a full time job and was told "no, for security purposes." Which now means that my wedding ring will be shipped and dropped off at my home on my porch where for "security purposes" I dont feel very comfortable with. Also, do not work with Sales Associate by the name of Roy at this location. He is very snide and again, unaccommodating.

Trinity is FANTASTIC!! She is such a kind person and has been a pleasure to work with. She helped my wife and I find the perfect wedding bands. Trinity is extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer, including how to treat for fragile materials such as wooden jewelry. It warms our hearts that she always remembers us when we walk in, and she greets us with a big smile and hug. We both would recommend Morgan Jewlery, especially Trinity, for any of your jewelry shopping!

I have bought two rings from Morgan Jewelers. Out of all the other Jewelry Stores I have visited they were the most helpful. They were not pushy and they helped me to make a purchase that stayed within my budget. Ever since I bought my wifes wedding ring she has been in multiple times to get her ring cleaned and diamond checked. Both times they were very helpful and did both things. I appreciate their customer service.

I bought the ring here. Had the ring serviced/cleaned I asked to have it checked to make sure that all was well with the diamond and they just laughed at me. Totally unprofessional. Will not go back. Went across the street to Sierra West Jewelers and asked to get it checked out. Talked with Jerry and he was very helpful,checked the ring told me all about the ring and made sure all was well.

Weve been ok with Morgan Jewelers, theyve taken decent care of us. We bought a wedding band here, along with an insurance policy. The band was nice-looking enough, but Ive had issues with quality. Only a few years in and Ive had to go back on multiple occasions for replacement bands because mine have broken. If youre looking for a nice guarantee and decent service, youll be ok here.
