I had the most amazing experience at this Morgan Jewelers. Cheyanna and other members of the team went above and beyond my expectations to help me. My wife lost her wedding ring, which shed worn since I proposed to her nearly 22 years ago. We were both so upset about her losing it. I went to the store to see if we could possibly replace it. The initial response was that it had been so long ago that they didnt have the records. They could find my name, but not the actual design of the ring. Cheyanna didnt give up. She went to work for me and called headquarters to see what they could do. She was so persistent! Eventually she found the right department and was able to find the mold for my wifes ring. She called me with the good news, and we immediately ordered the replacement ring. They didnt know me so I believe theyll work this hard for anyone. My wife has her ring back and Morgan Jewlers in the University Place mall has earned a customer for life. Thank you Cheyanna and team!

Morgan Jewelers hurt my payment history. Ive never been late for a payment and this was not even my fault. Great people to work with in store but the financing department cant seem to do their job right. We set up automatic payments for our account but somehow the payment was never taken for three months. We didnt realize what was going on until a guy shows up at our door demanding payment. We went to talk to the store and gave them a different account to withdraw automatic payment but they still didnt take it for another month. Needless to say if you can finance somewhere else you should.

I walked all around the mall looking at engagement rings at all the jewelry stores. None of them compared to the service we received here! The employees were quick to make us super comfortable. We could tell they knew how stressful looking at rings can be and they made the process as painless as possible. My fiancée and I left with her dream ring that same night.

These guys are simply the best. I bought my wifes engagement ring from them almost 4 years ago, and I went back and got a wedding band as well. Nate and Ben both helped me out and couldnt have been more helpful. They listen to you and help you get what youre looking for, not simply what they think is best. Definitely going back the next time Im shopping for jewelry!

These guys are great. My fiance and I went to kay and we felt pressed and over priced. But we walked into Morgans and found the exact ring we were looking for. People who really listened to us and what WE want not what the sales rep wants you to buy or the company wants you to push upon the customer. Very happy experience. Highly recommended!
