Absolutely no follow up. They dont follow up on their orders at all. I have bought a few items there in the last year and they never remember to place the order or call you when it shows up. Recently we purchased my wedding band and had repairs done on my fiancés engagement ring. I had my fiancés engagement ring stone tightened and rhodium finish repaired. They never called me when they came in and we repeatedly called to check the status and they could not find our rings or order. I am really disappointed by their failure to follow up. Our sales rep doesnt ever remember anything, Cant spell my name (despite me repeatedly repeating it to her), cant use the computer system to look up an order, etc. Look elsewhere to save yourself unnecessary grief and stress.

I highly recommend this Helzberg Diamonds location! The jewelry selection here is extensive, and their customer service is stellar. Mary and Tiffany were amazing and helped me find the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for my fiancée. Also, they bent over backwards to make sure the rings were sized correctly and that we were both completely satisfied with the rings. If I have any future jewelry purchases, this Helzberg Diamonds location will be at the top of my list :)
