We bought our wedding bands here. One woman, Lisa, was very helpful in helping us find the perfect rings. When we had them engraved on the inside, my husbands ring was completely messed up by it. It had a satin finish on the band that was buffered off by the machine which cannot be replaced. They tried sanding it to make it look as it did before, but overall the ring looks shoddy now. We also did not enjoy our experience with Geoff who was condescending and not willing to help us when we found out my husband was allergic to the nickel in his gold ring. Despite the fact that it makes him break out in hives, because the ring was purchased over 90 days ago we can only exchange the ring for equal or GREATER value and pay the difference. Geoff said it was a courtesy that theyd allow us to do that because it is over 90 days since we purchased them. It is the sort of service we wouldnt recommend. While I like the selection and overall quality of the store, based on our last couple of visits I think well purchase our jewelry elsewhere.

So i bought my wedding band and engagement ring threw Fred Myers. I loved the ring beautiful. of course i purchased a protection plan, I went and took my ring for a cleaning and its first inspection in march, after a diamond fell out. I called they told me to go in so i did. dropped off the ring and picked it up a few days after. They seriously put the cheapest diamond they could find in my ring to replace the other one. it has no shine and it has a gray color, i hate looking at it. makes me sad. when we first picked out the ring i was so happy. I still love the style of it and get a lot of compliments but then when people see the ugly gray one they ask what happened. I would not recommend going here. Suzette was very helpful but the jeweler himself is a horrible man. the replacement plan is not cheap.
