Weve been going to Intrigue Jewelers now for several years and wont go anywhere else for trusted quality items and service beyond compare! I was given my grandmothers thick gold wedding band when she passed away in 2001 and my husband and I wanted to have our two wedding bands made from the band when we got married in 2010. We had gone to NUMEROUS places and Shirley was the only person willing to do this amazingly important & sentimental job for us. Most places did not care to help us at all as we were bringing in our own gold and not buying something new from them. Shirley did an amazing job on our bands and even plated them to match my white gold engagement ring and we are forever grateful. The staff at Intrigue was happy to do this even though my husband had purchased my engagement ring elsewhere (before we knew about Intrigue). I inherited another small band from my other grandmother who passed in 2010 that Intrigue plated, sized and made to match my wedding set as well so I now wear one of each grandmothers bands around my engagement ring and am surrounded by many years of marriage. I have been back on numerous occasions for different "projects" over the years, to sell unwanted gold, to have other custom items done and the entire staff has always been amazing to work with even for simple things such as ring cleanings, inspections and more! I highly recommend and trust the staff at Intrigue Jewelers!

Shirley and the rest of the staff at Intrigue are absolutely the best! I cannot say enough great things about them and the service we received there. I had previously been to Intrigue to have some jewelry repaired, a set of diamond solitaire earrings set, and a custom pendant designed. I had also sold about $3,000 worth of broken/old gold to them. Each time I was VERY happy with the work they did. My fiance actually bought my center diamond and began the design process for my ring at another jeweler he had heard good things about - BIG mistake. They were nowhere near the caliber of Intrigue, prices were much higher and they wanted us to approve (and fully pay for) a custom ring based only on a drawing that would be sent to Asia to be made. So, we went running back to Shirley at Intrigue and everything went great. She kept us informed every step of the way, making sure the designs were what we wanted. Our rings were also cast out of raw gold that was panned out of a river in Oregon by my late father (using this gold was something the other jeweler could not do), Intrigue was happy to do it and it meant a lot to us. We couldnt be happier with our rings, or with the quality of service we received from Intrigue. HIGHLY recommended!

I actually really appreciated the kind and prompt customer service I received from Alex. He was absolutely great at his job. I also really enjoyed the timely manner that my ring was resized and another ring I had a diamond replaced in. The ONLY reason I gave this review a 3 star (its okay) rate is because when I got my ring back that had a diamond replaced in-- it was SO filthy & had a black burn mark on it from obviously however the work had been done on it. It really was just dirty. Like they didnt even clean it after the repaired it. That really bothered me. Also one of my diamonds looked dirty underneath the setting. So I had a stop at the pawn shop later that day and I asked if he could clean my ring. Well the guy did and it looked better than the day I received it brand new. He asked me "did you have a repair on this ring" and I said yes today and I actually didnt know the burn black mark would come off. He even said how it was weird that they didnt clean it after repairing my wedding ring. So this was the reason for my 3 stars. If this didnt happen, I would have rated it 5 stars. Crazy how a simple mistake can effect your business rating!

Very professional and attentive. They clean jewelry for free. I brought in several pieces and they clean them they tightened loose stones and used machines to remove scuff marks from years of wear. My rings and necklace never even looked that good new. So shiny and beautiful. Mind you that was a free service while I waited. I have gone there for jewelry repair, replaced watch batteries, redesigned a broach and made it into a necklace, all with excellent results. I do like using this local jeweler. I only have one suggestion and that would be to have later hours on week days until 7:00 p.m. They arent open any hours when I am home from work. Local small jewelry store is the way to go.

Intrigue had my watch for 6 weeks to replace a battery (a little more complicated than most but thats what it is). As it turned out their horseshoer couldnt do it so it was sent out to an unk. local jeweler who couldnt get the the part. After 6 of my phone calls & stopping by 4x in 6 weeks I was finally able to pick up my unrepaired watch & get it to a reputable jeweler where it was completed/pressure tested in 15 min. for 1/2 their quoted price. Dont let the location fool you.... they should be at Federal & Colfax.

I purchased a custom white gold ring here and within 6 weeks the gold had deteriorated and the ring broke. They reshanked it, but the damage started to happen again. Even though the store manager promised they would re-order the piece, they have since refused to help me. The customer service here is severely lacking and the jeweler appears to have no formal training. I try to use local businesses first - but in my opinion, this operation is VERY shady. I would not recommend using Intrigue Jewelers.

While I am no expert on jewelry, I must say that I was very impressed with Intrigue. I had a large gold wedding band (that belonged to my mother) divided in half and made into two rings, one for myself and one for my partner. They did an amazing job in my humble opinion, they fit perfectly on both of us and look great. They also fixed a sterling silver ring and it looked like brand new. I would use them again and recommend them...friendly staff as well.

I took my wedding band there to be sized larger. Five trips later, it still isnt right. There was still soldering material on the inside of the band and the stone was crooked when I went to pick it up. The jeweler straightened it with PLIERS right in front of me. He could have chipped the stone, or worse yet, it could have fallen out on my way home. The guy should be shoeing horses, and not repairing jewelery in my opinion.

Every time we go into Intrigue, each employee is so friendly and honest! We have purchased a ring and had a bunch of repairs performed with attention to detail and flawless work, as well as quick repairs. Stay away from the big box jewelers and support a wonderful family owned local business!!!
