Bought a $50 "pandora" charm on vacation, snapped off within 18 hours of having it. Now that I am home, and after 3 weeks of them "making" one, and me having to keep asking them about the status, and them replying with multiple excuses, today I received the replacement that is even worse than the original one purchased. I confronted the manager again, and now I am not receiving a response. NOT HOW YOU HANDLE BUSINESS. I have asked for a refund multiple times. I would suggest not buying anything you would like to keep longer than a week. VERY Disappointed!

The selection in this place is INSANE, everything from necklaces to full-size fossils. Its as much a museum as it is a jeweler. Prices are extremely expensive, even by the industrys standard, but its definitely worth checking out.
