Honestly pretty awful experience with Kay Jewelers. Ive had a necklace from them for a little over a year now and my chain has broken almost 15 times. Thankfully my husband bought the warranty on it so we can get it fixed everytime, however it shouldnt be breaking this much in one year. This time it almost took 3 weeks before I got my necklace back and it broke within 2 days. Now I have to go back into the store and deal with the very unfriendly staff again. Every time Ive been in the Fort Collins store Ive I dealt with ladies who I can tell dont care about me at all they just are there to make a paycheck. They always seem irritated when they see a customer walk in they dont say hi welcome to Kay what can I help you with or even a hey hows it going! They just say Ill be with you shortly in an obvious annoyed voice. The last time I was in they argued with me that I didnt have the warranty on my cheap ass chain. I eventually walked out to my car and grabbed the original receipt and proved them wrong. Very happy with myself for keeping that receipt in my glovebox. Anyways they filled out the paper work and just said they will call me when its done they didnt say Im sorry your chain broke or tell me how long it would be before I got it back. The one girl was training another lady and her training skills were terrible she talked to the girl like she was child and pretty much bellittled the poor thing wouldnt be surprised if the girl quit already. Overall very horrible customer service. Im not even going to go into the Fort Collins store anymore Ive had a lot better customer service from the Loveland store. There they actually great you with a smile and actually make you feel welcome. Im rateing them 2 stars only because I love my pendant its really pretty and thats it.
